18/03/2026: I've always been curious about this place, but I've never had the chance to try it. Finally, on March 16th, my birthday, I decided to spend an evening there with my friends, and we had a truly wonderful time. The atmosphere is truly unique, and it's not easy to find such unique and innovative places in Civitavecchia. We really enjoyed the food, everything from appetizers to desserts. Nothing was off-putting, and that's because the ingredients were top-quality. I highly recommend it for any occasion. I'll gladly return.

17/03/2026: The sandwich with chips was excellent but the atmosphere was cold and the service was very slow, about 45 minutes to get what was ordered.

11/04/2026: This small restaurant, listed in the Michelin Guide as a Bib Gourmand, was a delight. We tried the tasting menu and were very pleased: six courses, plus butter and dessert. We enjoyed all the dishes, which were very well-balanced, with excellent bread and focaccia to accompany them. The owner was very attentive and helpful in explaining the dishes.

On Christmas Eve 2024, I turned to them: I was looking for a place that wasn't the usual holiday chaos, and at Dorio's, I found exactly what I needed: warmth and dishes made to perfection. It made such an impression on me that I had no doubts about where to celebrate my birthday in 2025. On that occasion, too, Dorio didn't disappoint, confirming its absolute guarantee of quality and warmth. What makes this place special is its ability to make me feel at home every time I walk in the door, thanks to cuisine steeped in passion and a welcome that's never superficial. Whether it's for a big holiday or my special day. Thanks to all the staff: keep it up, because there are few places left with such a great soul.

03/03/2026: We stayed here for two nights during a business trip. Our supplier recommended this hotel, as we weren't sure where we could book a nice place in the area. Usually, there are all apartments nearby, unless you want to travel too far. It's very convenient because it has private parking. The rooms are modern, simple, and well-furnished. It has everything you need. They also have an on-site restaurant, which is truly Michelin-starred. We were really tired the first night and couldn't wait to go to bed, so we chose the simple menu. Two courses of your choice for €30/person. But the quality was superb. And, of course, the table setting too. There are several tasting menu options, or you can simply order à la carte. But I'm sure it will all be delicious, because with such attention to the ingredients, nothing short of excellent! I loved everything, starting with the ambiance. I love the frogs in the centerpiece and the wallpaper. I'll definitely return to try more.

Excellent selection of tasty food (everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert). The place is small, well-kept, and very cute. The staff is very friendly. Top!

31/03/2026: So, we found this place by chance, but being vegetarian, I was immediately enthusiastic. The atmosphere, like any vegan place, is very well-kept and attentive to detail. However, there were some things I didn't appreciate, like the paper plates. As for the food, there are some artisanal products and others that are visibly frozen. Furthermore, the portions are quite small and the quality of the dishes is absolutely not exceptional.

01/02/2026: Everything was truly delicious, from the raw fish tasting to the steaks to the desserts. The revisited Jewish-style artichokes with a special sauce were also excellent. The rustic atmosphere was very nice... just a little noisy.

24/01/2026: We celebrated a birthday with 50 people here at Borgo del Cacchione and were very satisfied. The room reserved for us was very welcoming, the staff were extremely kind and attentive, and the dishes were exquisite (Roman specialties, meat, and excellent vegetarian options). Everything went perfectly thanks to the team's professionalism and their attention to detail.

09/04/2026: Incredibly delicious and authentic neapolitan style pizza in Florence’s Piazza del Duomo. Food is great and the chef even freshly bakes the bread every morning. (Da non perdere!!!) Big praise to the staff as well: very attentive, super kind and always smiling. Pamela and Samara made my Easter!

01/04/2026: First time at this restaurant and we had a really good meal. The staff and owner were friendly. I especially recommend the tartare trio with salmon, tuna, and blue shrimp. One of the best seafood restaurants in Caserta. I highly recommend it.
