You feel welcomed from the moment you make a reservation. This happens at Danilo Delrio's Musciora in Alghero, an intimate and discreet yet meticulously maintained restaurant. For dinner, I enjoyed the full menu, with both seafood and meat dishes, all perfect and unique. The extremely courteous and helpful staff explains each dish, revealing the story behind it, including extensive research. Nothing is overlooked, and maximum attention is paid to allergies. You feel pampered by the dining room staff and the kitchen brigade. Every dish is exquisite and perfect. Every time I come to Alghero, I must stop at this restaurant because Danilo is truly top-notch. I will return to Carloforte and share this memory with all my friends. Don't forget to book!
