16/11/2024: We had the great pleasure of eating at Ristorante Usignolo above Cannero Riviera and it was an experience that we will remember for a long time. Even the journey along the winding roads with a spectacular view of Lake Maggiore was impressive, but when we finally sat down on the terrace, we were simply thrilled. The view of the lake and surrounding mountains, especially at sunset, was simply breathtaking. The menu immediately impressed us – a perfect mix of regional specialties and Italian tradition. The fresh fish dishes and homemade pasta in particular were an absolute highlight. You can immediately tell that they cook here with the best ingredients and a lot of love. Every dish we tried was thought out down to the last detail and incredibly tasty. The service was as warm as it was attentive. We immediately felt welcome and the team's recommendations - be it for the food or the wine pairing - were excellent. Everything was served with a smile and we had the impression that every guest was truly valued here. The atmosphere was simply indescribable. The combination of excellent food, warm service and this incredible view made the evening very special. It felt like a getaway for the soul. We can only warmly recommend Ristorante Usignolo. If you're in the area, you should definitely reserve a table - especially on the terrace. This restaurant impressed us not only culinary but also emotionally, and we will definitely come back.

13/01/2025: Very nice place in the center of Catania, with an excellent choice of craft beers in bottles and on tap. If you want a beer with friends, I recommend you stop by, you won't regret it!

03/01/2025: Beautiful restaurant with all delicious dishes... the caramelized onion delicious! Delicious cuts! Good choice of wines. We didn't try the burgers but, seen at the table in front, they looked very good. I forgot: the meat tartare with egg yolk is fantastic! Well done, keep it up.

29/12/2024: Special dinner in an elegant and evocative environment, as part of the restaurant is in an ancient cave. The culinary offerings are good and the wine list offers decent options. Must try.

29/10/2024: We returned after many years to Rocce Bianche both to break up our journey and for the love of seeing and sharing a day with its managers. Upon our arrival we were immediately struck by the pleasant impression of finding everything as if time had never passed: the beauty of nature, the silence, the order and the extraordinary family welcome given to us by Stefano Pina and Roberto whom I simply and affectionately want to call by name . Pleasant but no longer a surprise to find our simple, welcoming accommodation perfect for our needs and to rediscover ancient well-known flavors of the best traditional Sardinian cuisine with the capital letter of Mrs. Pina. Only one regret: "having to leave again" but strong in the desire to return! Ivana and Enrico

10/08/2024: A truly peaceful place to relax surrounded by greenery, enjoy excellent cuisine managed by efficient and friendly staff. It enjoys an excellent position for visiting enchanting beaches, plus the structure is equipped with a splendid swimming pool and outdoor hydromassage, everything is very clean and tidy, including the rooms.. Recommended!!

23/01/2025: difficult to describe such an immersive experience. I would start by talking about the quality of the raw materials and the incredible study that can be seen behind the combination of flavors that a simple palate cannot grasp. I would give a prize for the sublime fusilli and the bread products that almost melted in your mouth. I would like to end my praise by complimenting all the staff, who are highly trained and ready to listen to the customer.

02/01/2025: Ospitalità eccellente, cena stellare, pulizia impeccabile, sono veramente contenta di aver scoperto questo piccolo hotel ristorante dove ho soggiornato e cenato la sera del 31 dicembre. Gestione attenta al cliente, persone educatissime e molto piacevoli! Ambiente molto rilassante dove si viene coccolati per tutto il tempo, assaporando prodotti di alta qualità, molti dei quali del territorio. Grazie!

03/11/2024: Pranzo inaspettato e quanto mai gradito. Il signor Guido è stato gentilissimo e abbiamo mangiato divinamente, antipasto e primo della casa. Atmosfera tra il liberty e il marinaro, luci soffuse, un ambiente unico.

Servizio lento.. arrivati alle 13.25 ordinato alle 13.45 antipasto ( salumi e formaggio) arrivato alle 14.30.. usciti alle 16. 277 euro in 8 ( 6 adulti e 2 bambini) per un antipasto grande di salumi e uno medio formaggi, 7 primi , 5 secondi, 4 dolci una bottiglia di vino (18 euro) e mezzo della casa Indeciso se tornarci. Non sono uno che fa una prima recensione ..

20/12/2024: Una garanzia. Ritorniamo Al Cucco, già nell'ingresso è magico l'odore del mobilio in legno, mi ricorda la casa dei nonni. Accoglienza ottima,la sala è ben spaziata. Le proposte sono semplici, ma con sapori veri, senza fronzoli. Il conto è onesto. Peccato il servizio ristorante non sia disponibile sabato e domenica, ma è, probabilmente, una scelta dei titolari. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
