I piatti sono abbondanti e interessanti le proposte alla carta. menù semplice che rispecchia le tradizioni. il locale molto bello, eviterei il tavolo fronte bancone bar e cassa.. proprio davanti l'uscita dalla cucina. i piatti sono gustosi con i prodotti della zona .

20/12/2024: I recently had lunch with my colleagues at Testa Braceria & Hamburgeria and the experience was fantastic! The place is welcoming and informal, perfect for a lunch break with friends. We ordered several burgers and each dish was delicious, made with high quality meat and fresh ingredients. The chips were crispy and well seasoned, an ideal accompaniment! A special thanks to Mrs. Rosaria, whose smile and availability made our lunch even more pleasant. It was a real pleasure! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal in Naples. I can't wait to return!

30/11/2024: Se cercate un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile dove il pesce è il protagonista assoluto, il ristorante Franz a Formigliana (Vc) è il luogo che fa per voi. Questo ristorante offre un ambiente accogliente e raffinato, ma anche una qualità del cibo che è semplicemente senza pari. Ogni piatto a base di pesce che ho assaggiato era fresco e preparato con una maestria che lascia senza parole. Dalle cruditè di pesce alle capesante gratinate, passando per la paella o la zuppa di pesce, la ricciola avvolta nella foglia del cavolo verza e la grigliata mista, ogni boccone era un'esplosione di sapori. La presentazione dei piatti è eseguita a regola d’arte, rendendo l'esperienza gastronomica ancora più piacevole. Il servizio è impeccabile, il signor Franz estremamente cordiale e attento, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con un sorriso. La conoscenza del menu e dei vini è impressionante, e sa consigliare abbinamenti perfetti per ogni portata. Nel ristorante vi è un'atmosfera calda e rilassante. L'alta qualità del cibo e del servizio confluisce in prezzi assolutamente ragionevoli. Ogni euro speso qui vale assolutamente la pena per la qualità dell'esperienza complessiva. In sintesi, Franz è una gemma nel mondo della ristorazione di pesce. Pari ad ogni ristorante pluristellato. Un posto dove ogni pasto diventa un ricordo prezioso. Non vedo l'ora di ritornarci.

05/01/2025: It happened to me by chance among Deliveroo's recommendations, I looked at the photos and they convinced me to give it a chance. What can I say, it's one of those times when I'm particularly happy to be tempted by new things. To take a leap of faith instead of playing it safe when it comes to food. And Le Delizie Di Aurora is worth crossing this unknown. They said it right, the delights, because there isn't a product that hasn't convinced me of this pastry shop, from breakfast to desserts in general. And I think I can count on one hand the times I've found staff as genuinely nice, human and spontaneous as this one. Well done, girls. When I return to Rome, I know who I can rely on, especially for the particularly substantial Roman dough croissants. I recommend, in particular, the must of the area: cream and vissole. All at a surprisingly low price. Excellent quality at a very affordable price.

23/12/2024: Avevo molte aspettative su questo ristorante. E qualcuna è stata disattesa. Ci è piaciuto l'ambiente, il locale, la vista e ci sono piaciuti molto alcuni piatti del menu "in profondità ": le sfere sono state un'esplosione di sensazioni e ho trovato ottime le animelle al limone nero e l'insalatina selvaggia con sorbetto all'aceto di peperone, accompagnata da un delizioso pane croccante I piatti si sono caratterizzati per accostamenti insoliti e In alcuni abbiamo trovato una prevalenza di sapori forti , talora aspri e con note amare. Poco significativa e deludente la parte dessert. Pienamente d'accordo sul discorso natura, erbe, fiori eccetera, ma, per chi, come noi, è nato nella campagna e vissuto sempre in mezzo a prati e boschi, queste atmosfere sono normali. Ho letto tanto entusiasmo per Marta, che ha guidato la degustazione di diversi commensali. Noi l'abbiamo vista all'inizio e alla fine del nostro percorso. I nostri accompagnatori sono stati essenziali. Forse se avessimo avuto l'accompagnamento di Marta, avrebbe dato un senso ai vari piatti, ne avrebbe illustrato meglio le caratteristiche e avremmo potuto apprezzarli appieno.

02/11/2024: A modern gem in the middle of the Casentino forests. Restaurant with open kitchen and innovative approach while using local ingredients and partly grown by them. We also stayed in the adjoining farmhouse and had a great time finding excellent value for money (large room with fireplace and sauna). Excellent escape route in Emilia Romagna!

25/10/2024: Bel Ristorante di carne a Bussi sul Tirino ci sono stato varie volte e apprezzato la sua cucina per qualità e sapori e ogni volta si sono migliorati. Ricerca di carni dal mondo con offerta molto ampia e di altissima qualità bistecche carapaci tartar oltre agli immancabili arrosticini. Posto dove tornare più di una volta. Prezzo giusto e cantina discreta con buona selezione anche di vini fuori regione.
