03/05/2025: Always a reference for Piedmontese cuisine starting from the excellent agnolotti del plin. Excellent and flexible tasting menu. I went there with my parents as a boy and it's nice to still find it today in the Slowfood guide. Very well-kept place, excellent service, ready to give advice without ever being intrusive.

09/05/2025: As a celiac, it's heaven for me, both in terms of food availability and quality! Plus super helpful and friendly staff, which isn't a given nowadays. Above all, the food was excellent, even with gluten, according to those who accompanied me. The bread, made by them, is super: they also sell it packaged and already cut!!

13/04/2025: They have separate kitchens to offer food for those intolerant to gluten, the pizza is good and left to rise for 82 hours, easy to digest. The offer of craft beers is wide.

14/04/2025: Fantastic pizzeria in central Florence. Small place but big on tasty pizza and atmosphere. All cooked to order by a very friendly and knowledgeable chef. This is a must place to go to in Firenze. I can't rate it highly enough. Mi piace

We are not an easy group, some are lactose intolerant, some are allergic, some have celiac disease, some are pregnant and always manage to please everyone!! 27/04/2025: We stumbled upon this small and sought-after place near the center of Turin by chance. We immediately understood the uniqueness of the place, we were welcomed by the very kind owner who made us feel at ease. The menu, made up of various tasting choices, fully satisfied our palates. After having marked the order with us, the dishes arrived with kindness. We focused on the tajarin (one with butter and sage and the other with castelmagno) and the plin (one with roast sauce and the other with salami paste and potato cream). Only: Fantastic!! We concluded our lunch with two desserts that confirmed our expectations. Thank you!

04/03/2025: very welcoming place with very kind staff, they bring you a taste before the pizza which is not at all obvious. Very wide choice on the menu with many very tasty proposals. Quality ingredients and super digestible dough. The great thing is that even though most of the pizza offerings are gourmet, the prices are very honest. I highly recommend the place.

26/04/2025: Pranzo pasquale in un ristorante che è sempre una certezza. Proprietari gentilissimi, un ambiente sempre caldo e accogliente. Menu di pasqua ottimo e vario, particolarmente apprezzato il cestello di robiola e scalogno. Difficile trovare di meglio!

10/05/2025: The ambience is very dignified and traditional, you immediately feel at home. The service is very friendly and polite, they respond to every customer request, which has become very rare. Unfortunately the food didn't meet my expectations. The polenta was very tasteless and spread apart, the cod sauce was also not well seasoned, I probably chose the wrong dish. I would try something different again because of the ambience and the beautiful location. My companion was very satisfied with the pasta.
