My rating depends on my dinner experience: the owners, who are undoubtedly welcoming and passionate, describe the place and the dishes very well. The food, however, remains, in my opinion, just above average in taste and presentation. The service is very slow, and some dishes arrived a bit cold.
It's still a nice place for an evening with friends.

We happened upon this charming restaurant on Saturday for lunch. Owner Stefania and her husband run the restaurant with care, passion, and a whole lot of love. We sat down expecting to have a platter and a plate of pasta for our son, but luckily, we were persuaded to try other dishes. All truly delicious.
The Chianti tuna is a must-try, as are their desserts.
But whatever Stefania recommends, trust me, you won't regret it.

The three of us dined at this restaurant in Pietrasanta and had a truly perfect experience. Both the appetizer and the main course were of the highest quality – every component was perfectly balanced and prepared with meticulous attention to detail.
The service deserves special mention: attentive, warm, and professional without being intrusive. We felt welcome and exceptionally well taken care of from the very first moment.
The ambiance is equally impressive – stylish, relaxed, and just the right atmosphere for a special evening.
All in all, one of the best culinary experiences we had in Tuscany. Highly recommended!

A very cute and intimate place, but the service and food are what really set Bar a Vins apart: it's like feeling at home, eating excellent Tuscan dishes paired with excellent wines... something truly unique these days!

The food is delicious. The way they describe the dishes immediately shows the passion they put into making them. A menu suitable for all tastes, including vegans.
We had mixed bruschetta as an appetizer, and pici aglione and pici asino as a first course.
For dessert, I tried the nuvola with strawberries and biscotti, which was truly delicious.
With 1/4 cup of wine and water, we spent €60 for two.

My wife and I had lunch at this small restaurant in Pietrasanta during a visit to the town. Bar a Vins is a very small restaurant whose strong points are its excellent cuisine, the owner's exceptional kindness, and the intimate atmosphere. The menu features both traditional Tuscan-Versilian dishes and specialty items depending on availability. We opted for the excellent cod with chickpeas and Chianti tuna. The final price was in line with expectations.
