03/03/2025: A straight five ;) This beautiful restaurant is located in the middle of the old town of Bolzano with a super friendly staff and excellent cuisine. You can hardly eat and receive better service in this price range. Please keep it up!

16/03/2025: Delicious pasta. We ordered the tagliatelle al ragu and the tortellini with parmesan and by God they were good, delicious. No other pasta except in Italy tastes the same. The service very good.

23/02/2025: Trattoria with the flavor of the past, a few well-spaced tables, simple but elegant furnishings, quiet environment, welcoming and very professional service. The dishes are original, delicious and light, also aesthetically very beautiful and refined. The orecchiette with broccoli and the broad bean purée with chicory are delicious. Super desserts, in particular the fig mousse and the orange and cinnamon panna cotta. A wonderful discovery outside Bologna, where now the only aim is to have as many covers as possible. Here you can breathe the air of home, quality and peace, hurray!

10/02/2025: I have been to this welcoming and historic restaurant several times. The last time I went for a pizza on a Sunday evening when, for a baptism event, the reserved room was enlivened by ethnic music. I really appreciated that between the main room and the private room there was a wall with a door, because this allowed you to listen to the music without having too high a volume. The staff is very kind and welcomes everyone with a smile. Mrs. Patrizia, one of the owners, has such a welcoming and loving way of doing things that makes you feel pampered. We took two bruschettas with truffle sauce, good and plentiful, and two pizzas, a margherita and a Neapolitan, very well seasoned and highly digestible. The pizza they offer is typical Roman, low and crunchy, but very light. A simple dinner, but one that remains in your heart for the atmosphere you breathe.

10/02/2025: Quiet restaurant with excellent food and excellent service. The veranda is beautiful. Highly recommended Unfortunately, on Sunday 9 February I went to lunch with my wife and there were some shortcomings in the kitchen caused, in our opinion, by the Chef's haste in getting our dishes out as there were many birthdays present on the same day. The pappardelle with wild boar in white and the scampi risotto were good, but the Judean artichoke turned out to be embarrassing, so much so that we sent it back to do it again but the second time it turned out to be wrong too. I even avoided taking pictures of it! The fried fish was limp and raw in some places, we also reported this to the restaurant manager who kindly suggested we make at least a half portion again but we gave up. Frappe and castagnole to make up for the inedible mix-up, definitely made the day before!! We expected a small final discount which did not arrive. Cuisine to review and record. We left disappointed and not satisfied

A modern and welcoming place, the restaurant room is wonderful and the "external" dehors are a further added value; here the large windows let in the sunlight while the wooden structure gives the right amount of privacy to the diners. The dining room staff is young, smiling and attentive, willing to exchange a few words between the various courses. The result is a perfectly professional service, never excessively haughty but pleasant and elegant. Well done! . The "PORTA NUOVA" tasting is surprising; the alternation of courses based on vegetables, fish and meat creates a light, perfectly balanced and rich in flavours. There are many "impressive" courses which are completed/plated directly at the table by the dining room staff, as in the case of the soufflé; really very scenic. The selection of wines paired with the tasting is also excellent; honorable mention for the passito wine served with dessert. Special thanks to the Chef for his willingness to meet the guests after the service; which was really very welcome. Congratulations to all this brilliant team. Gabriel

12/03/2025: Attentive staff, ingenious food, good price for this level of hospitality. The eel, risotto, and prawns were standouts. The pièce de résistance was the yogurt and mango egg.

09/03/2025: STRATOSPHERIC!!! 2. Every time I go, it gets better and better.. well done!!! Too bad I live 150 km away...but if I go back to Garda...ONLY HERE!!! Traditional dishes, refined seasonal products, tortelli and homemade pasta EXCELLENT! Better than at home.. variety of SUPER cuts, sliced ​​pata Negra. ..STELLAR!! Congratulations... please continue like this!!! Then a walk by the lake (10 minutes on foot) to dispose of it there is... I highly recommend...because I know about quality food!!!

08/03/2025: This evening my boyfriend and I had dinner at this restaurant and we were very satisfied! The location is really nice, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes the experience even more pleasant. The menu offers an excellent selection of starters, first and second courses, and every dish we tasted was really good and well presented. The only suggestion I feel like giving concerns the service: a little more courtesy from the staff, perhaps an extra smile, would make the experience perfect. Having said that, I absolutely recommend this restaurant! Excellent quality and a more than satisfactory price. We will definitely be back!

02/03/2025: Questo ristorante propone sostanzialmente un menù a prezzo fisso, composto da un pinzimonio di benvenuto, svariati assaggi di salumi, un paio di primi, assaggi di formaggi e un sorbetto finale. Ogni portata è abbinata a una bottiglia di vino sempre diversa, che viene lasciata a disposizione del cliente. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, ho trovato i salumi di buona qualità; dei due primi, buono il risotto al radicchio mentre le mezze maniche alla carbonara avevano una quantità eccessiva di pepe, che copriva tutti gli altri sapori e risultava troppo aggressiva al palato; il carrello dei formaggi risulta scenografico per la moltitudine di prodotti offerti, ciascuno accompagnato da una bandierina col nome, tuttavia in quelli che ho provato ho riscontrato una qualità medio-bassa. Per quanto riguarda i vini, il livello è discreto; non si tratta di vini ricercati ma nemmeno scarsi. La percezione che abbiamo avuto è quella di una ricerca un po' esagerata della spettacolarizzazione attraverso varietà e quantità. Si esce con un'impressione generale di un'abbuffata e di un'abbondante bevuta ma senza un ricordo chiaro di qualche singolo prodotto di eccellenza. Lo staff è gentile e puntuale nell'elencare tutti i salumi e i vini proposti, tuttavia a seguito di qualche domanda più approfondita non è emersa una vera conoscenza dei prodotti e degli abbinamenti. Il costo di 80 € a persona è giustificato dall'abbondanza, sopratutto dei vini, però credo che nel complesso un po' di qualità sia stata sacrificata rispetto alla quantità e con una tale cifra si potrebbe ottenere un risultato migliore anche riducendo la qualità.

15/12/2024: Oasy Sant'Anna, a guarantee, as regards meat, but above all mushrooms and truffles, this evening we ate starters and first course all based on fresh white truffle (carpaccio, omelette, crostini and tagliatelle, all truly excellent, impeccably cooked, top service, even the final bill was more than honest, given the very high prices of the raw materials, however the quality of the truffles was very high. 🔝💯👏👏👏 Well done Mirko and well done his staff!!!! KEEP GOING LIKE THIS!!!

04/12/2024: Rustic and genuine cuisine and atmosphere. Quality house wine. Black truffle in all its variations, unfortunately we had to limit ourselves to the white one due to the prohibitive cost this year. Pleasant after lunch in the Furlo gorge and a view of the Land Art a few steps from the restaurant. The desserts did not meet our tastes, semifreddo still frozen and cake with a hint of mint. Just a detail that doesn't change the evaluation, also because with a perfect Moretta the meal ended on a high note.
