22/12/2024: I absolutely love this hotel. Loved it if I have to tell the truth. This summer we returned and I felt like a category B customer. I felt the staff was a little rude. In the bar near the swimming pool and in the reception area. And a shame. It seems that if you are not Italian you are a second choice customer. Furthermore, I didn't understand how it is possible that there is no buggy shuttle to go to the villas at the bottom. If I had crutches or wheelchairs, I couldn't move. It was almost 40 degrees and we had to walk in the sun. It was impossible to use the swimming pool near the villa for 1000 of bees. And no one even cared. Because we also had children. Anyway, I'm not coming back anymore

08/03/2025: Arrived, ordered immediately and ate after about 1 hour and 15 minutes. When asked how the order was going, the answer was “gentlemen, eh…a little patience, thank you” When other tables were served and the room filled up. When asked for well-cooked pizza, the opposite was probably understood. I had come with great expectations given the fame, bad evening or not, terrible management of the room.

27/02/2025: Traditional, well-kept, welcoming place. I had dinner once with a fish starter (see photo) and a second course, excellent fried fish. Abundant dishes, a little 80's but I write this not out of contempt, quite the opposite in fact, but to give a clear idea of ​​the dish. Excellent quality/price ratio. Very kind staff and there is an air of humanity. I'll be back soon.

08/02/2025: I didn't know him and it was lucky to have chosen him with my wife for this weekend in Val d'Orcia. It was an experience of remarkable taste, in a quiet, clean, rustic and familiar environment, without noise and with a nice fireplace lit. 20/25 seats no more.. and perhaps this is how serious restaurants should be to give customers excellent quality and impeccable service. Too bad it's so far from Rome, I would have happily returned many times. Thanks and heartfelt applause to the owners, it was a true experience for the palate. Well done

02/03/2025: Siamo stati con amici in questo ristorante sfruttando uno Smartbox regalatoci. Abbiamo mangiato molto molto bene, piatti semplici ma molto bene curati e di ottima qualità. Abbiamo cenato nella "pace" di un ristorante dove non c'è la "confusione" tipica napoletana..... ambiente molto bello ed elegante. Ottima esperienza!!!!

16/01/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante di sabato, prendendo due antipasti, due primi e due secondi ( uno di terra e uno di mare), la qualità delle materie prime è alta, ottimi abbinamenti. Il locale è davvero bello e non si crea confusione.

02/03/2025: Ci siamo fermate per caso di ritorno dalla Verna ed è stata davvero una piacevole sorpresa, benché fosse tardi e non avessimo prenotato Francesca ci ha accolto e coccolato, si è subito preoccupata di portare qualcosa per i bimbi , abbiamo mangiato un ottimo antipasto e ottimi ravioli fatti a mano come li facevano le nostre nonne, non tirati a macchinetta. Siamo stati davvero bene e per questo, qualche settimana dopo abbiamo portato a cena tutta la nostra famiglia, sono rimasti tutti piacevolmente soddisfatti. Abbiamo preso antipasto per tutti, mix di primi per tutti e un bimbo la pizza, acqua, vino, dolce, caffè amaro…era tutto ottimo, quantità abbondanti e ed stato giusto anche il conto finale considerando pure la qualità del cibo. Grazie a Francesca per la meravigliosa accoglienza! Torneremo presto per assaggiare anche altre delizie!

02/03/2025: Ho pensato molto prima di scrivere questa recensione.....perche' siamo rimasti abbastanza za delusi del pranzo ed ero molto incerto sulla valutazione. Ma andiamo con ordine.....cosa e- andato bene: Sicuramente la gentilezza e le porzioni. E veniamo alle note negative. Cara Francesca per caso ho letto che la sera prima avevi fatto la serata del bollito che hai riproposto quello avanzato per il pranzo domenicale.....e fino a qui' niente di male...anzi il bollito in molti casi e' superbuono anche il giorno dopo.....ma non mi devi portare sia la lingua che il bollito freddo. Abbiamo fatto osservare la cosa alla signora che ci ha servito...appena arrivata la lingua e lei ci ha detto che scaldando diventava oiu' stopposa....ma anche il bollito era nella stessa situazione ....FREDDO..... come anche i contorni fagiolini e zucchine gratinate ......FREDDI. Il medaglione passabile invece. Vino della casa NI....e discreti i cantucci .....mentre trovo esagerato una bottiglia di acqua.....3 euro. In conclusione il tuo "sogno" si e' avverato e non verra' sciupato da una recensione che parla di locale nella media e non ti da 4 o 5 stelle come la maggior parte di recensioni e che onestamente a mio avviso per quello che ho mangiato e speso sono un tantino esagerate,e in ultimo nei servizi metteteci una chiave nella porta in maniera che una persona maleducata entri senza bussare e ti trovi in una posizione un po' imbarazzante. Comunque non credo di tornare a trovarvi o di consigliarlo quindi VI auguro un buon continuo...

Questo sembrerebbe aver pensato “ el Paron de casa …. di Pierute “ all’ora di Mezzodì 🕛 di una Domenica ottobrina soleggiata 🌞 e dalla temperatura atmosferica abbastanza gradevole …. …. e così sembrerebbe proprio esser andata …. , almeno da quello che abbiamo visto 👁️ fuori l’uscio , entrando 🚶‍♂️🚶🚶🏿‍♀️ nella BUTEGHE piena zeppa di avventori : meno male che abbiamo prenotato 📞 un tavolo con molto anticipo come usiamo fare ! Per il resto che dire : una gran bella realtà “ Carnica “ in fatto di Ristorazione , dove le Tradizioni culinarie locali si toccano con mano 😋 ( pardon : con il PALATO 👅 ) ! Non mi dilungo sui Piatti 🍜 🍲 🥘 🧀 prescelti e nemmeno sul “ Vin bon “ 🍷 sorseggiato perché potrei esser ripetitivo con CHI mi ha già preceduto in questa Location e ne ha parlato in modo esaustivo : mi limito solo a postare alcune foto della Struttura !
