The owners share the responsibilities; the lady is more focused on the menu presentation, while he is clearly a passionate and expert sommelier. The menu isn't overwhelming, which is a great thing because it guarantees attention to detail and precision in preparation—plus, there's something for every taste and appetite. The service is prompt without being overwhelming or pushy, leaving plenty of time to chat and discuss the food. The portions are just right, no pretentious nouveau riche crumbs, and no heaps of fast-food-style "gastric fuel." Each dish is explained with affection and pride, which raises expectations—which are consistently exceeded by the food. A special mention goes to the surprising and delicious "Alpine Ramen," an "experience," as they say, that alone justifies the trip. Reservations are recommended, especially in the evening, because word of mouth spreads, and you won't be the only ones feeling hungry in the Anzasca Valley and surrounding areas. The price is very fair—I'd even say "a bit shy" considering the service and quality. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return.

09/08/2026: We dined at this restaurant a few nights ago and it was a very pleasant surprise. We appreciated the high-quality ingredients used in the meticulously prepared and interesting dishes. The ravioli del plin filled with faroana and hazelnuts were exceptional. We were greeted with great kindness and guided through the various courses. Highly recommended!
