Fantastic dinner with local dishes. We loved it so much we ate there twice during our stay in Cogne. If you're celiac like me, know that they're very attentive. They have gluten-free bread and were very kind to bring me a packet of biscuits along with the spread to replace the tegole (tiles). This isn't a given, as many restaurants typically remove them without replacing them.

The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable about intolerances and allergies. The meat was delicious and melted in your mouth. We absolutely must return, and we'd definitely recommend it if you've never tried it before.

I'm in Cogne for work and frequent Les Pertzes every day, where I eat divinely every day, from the simplest to the most elaborate dish, framed by a warm, family-like welcome, without obscuring the great professionalism, starting from the owners Manuele and Luisella to the dining room and kitchen staff. I think 5 stars are too small for you. To the others, I feel like saying, Moral of the Story: "In Life If You've Never Been To Les Pertzes, You Don't Know What Pertz Tea Is" I Love You!!! Pasquale

This year's Easter lunch was a bit questionable...small portions and poorly reheated dishes...very young and awkward staff...usually everything is always ok...

Nothing to say... A name that's a guarantee ❣️ Those who say it's not a nice place, I don't know what restaurants they've been to, but Les Pertzes is like being at home, everyone is kind, friendly, professional, and above all, the food is excellent ❣️ Thanks guys

We ate quite well, but unfortunately we found the portions a bit small. The dessert wasn't particularly special. The wine was excellent.
