An unexpected surprise in the historic center of Tivoli, a true feast for the eyes and the palate. Excellent service, top-quality food. We enjoyed a cuttlefish appetizer, seafood risotto, and roasted octopus, accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine. To finish, a dark chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream and a Sicilian late-ripening mandarin sorbet. Each dish was a perfect balance of flavors. Thanks also to Gabriele, who with his kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness served us impeccably. The wine list is well-stocked and prices are in line with the quality.

We've been here twice for dinner, choosing a meat-based menu the first night and a fish menu the second. We weren't disappointed either time. Kudos also to the service, which was pleasant and efficient, yet friendly. Since we'll be staying for a few more days, we'll definitely be back. Our only suggestion would be to bring the house wine.

Normally 5 stars.
We went there for dinner on a quiet day. The restaurant, location, and service were top-notch!
The only downside, which I personally find extremely irresponsible towards its guests, is that "rose sellers" are allowed to enter the restaurant to beg... that should be banned!
