This recently renovated and welcoming restaurant boasts a meticulously designed atmosphere that makes both a dinner with friends and a more intimate evening a pleasant one. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available to recommend the perfect cut of meat or wine pairing: Davide is a master at this. The quality of the meat is truly excellent: tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly as requested. The wine list is incredible, enhancing each dish even further. The prices are in line with the quality offered, and the portions are generous. Simply put, the food at Don Giovanni is excellent, you feel welcomed, and you immediately want to return. Highly recommended!

05/10/2025: We had a truly wonderful time at Osteria Zanchetti. An experience that goes beyond simply "eating out": here, you can sense care, passion, and a sincere welcome in every detail. The menu is simple, with just a few select options, and this very choice demonstrates a great attention to the quality of the ingredients. Each dish seems tailor-made, crafted with exquisite ingredients, unusual combinations, and details that engage all the senses: spices, nuts, crunchy textures... it's a true gastronomic experience. The setting is intimate and cozy, with limited seating creating a warm, family-like atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with a kind, knowledgeable, and attentive waitress. One detail that struck us: upon arrival, we found a personalized note on the table wishing us a good evening. A simple gesture, but one that makes all the difference. During the wait, we were offered a taste of the local cuisine, including toasted bread and a truly excellent sparkling red wine. At the end of the dinner, in addition to dessert, we were treated to artisanal rosolio and amaro liqueurs, accompanied by a box of homemade chocolates. For the quality of the experience, the price is absolutely fair—in fact, it's probably less than the true value of what's on offer. A big round of applause to the chef, who demonstrates ambition, technique, and heart. We can't wait to return. Best of luck to this special place!

We had a blast (even if we couldn't get enough by the end) 🤣 From the appetizers to the petits fours, it was one surprise after another. Very pleasant service, beautiful plates and presentation. 06/09/2025: We had a wonderful stay! Very friendly people; no question was too much trouble. They were very helpful and thought along with everything. The apartment looked fantastic! Everything worked perfectly. The pool is well-maintained and clean! The view is stunning, wherever you are on the complex. The breakfast is superb! But dinner was fantastic. We had delicious meals two evenings. All in all: we would return again and highly recommend "Borgo Dolci Colline" to anyone who asks for recommendations in the area. The photos on the website already make it look fantastic, but in reality, it's even more beautiful!

14/10/2025: We turned to Paolo Pitti for our wedding cake. From our first meeting, Paolo demonstrated enormous professionalism and availability. He perfectly interpreted all our wishes. The cake was beautiful, elegant, and above all, delicious. All our guests complimented it. He also managed to accommodate guests with allergies and intolerances, providing alternatives. A heartfelt thank you to Paolo for helping make our wedding day so special!
