The appetizers and first courses are excellent, and the food is made by the host himself, who values ​​quality. The portions are generous (you could easily split a first course between two and be more than satisfied) and the quality/price ratio is excellent. I live far away, but I'll definitely recommend it. The pizzeria will reopen soon.

11/11/2025: I ordered the gnocchi with four cheese and truffle, and it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had in my life. The waiter and chef came out to speak with me several times and provide a level of service that would rival the best Michelin restaurants in Tokyo. At the end, they brought me a bottle of a my own and let me have as much as I wanted on the house. Where else in the world do you get that kind of service?

05/09/2025: Returning from a hike in the Maiella National Park, we stopped at this beautiful little spot nestled in the park's hills. We were so happy we even returned the next evening for dinner, even though our accommodation is an hour away from the inn! Stefano, the owner, puts his heart and soul into his work, and his strong connection to the area is evident. The service was attentive, professional, and anything but predictable; we truly felt at home! The food was delicious, with traditional Abruzzo dishes and modern reinterpretations of classics. The wine list was also good! 5 stars aren't enough to describe this experience! The desserts were excellent, too. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area; the prices are in line with the quality and service, and even children are made to feel important here. We haven't tried the rooms, but if we have the opportunity, we'll definitely consider staying there! Congratulations again to all the staff, and see you next time!

The Ristorante lives up to its reputation and name. Enjoyed the food very much. (The last two sentences are a repetition of the first and can be omitted.)

09/11/2025: Magnificent location, very well-maintained and welcoming, located in front of the evocative Basilica of San Biagio, where you can easily find parking. Very kind and professional staff, high-quality food, impeccably cooked and presented, especially the porcini mushroom ravioli and quail Wellington, which we enjoyed. Not to mention the variety of desserts, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended.

09/11/2025: Tasting menu featuring land and sea dishes, in addition to the à la carte dishes. We tried the truly outstanding vitello tonnato, pumpkin risotto, guanciale, and tiramisu, all excellent, accompanied by a delicious local Enfer. My colleague's quail was also particularly appreciated. Excellent and up-to-date service, a small, intimate but comfortable setting. Prices are quite high, but they reflect the quality, presentation, and attention to detail. If you're on a budget, look elsewhere, but if you want a special lunch or dinner with carefully crafted and refined dishes, rather than the usual regional dishes (without sacrificing their deliciousness), then this could be a good option.
