29/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato 2 volte in 10 GG di vacanza con amici. Location meravigliosa, accoglienza meravigliosa, personale meraviglioso, chef meraviglioso. Oltre la cena, è stato bello parlare con lo staff. Grazie a Teresa, mi pare che si chiami.. e grazie al ragazzo con gli occhiali che ci ha servito. Abbiamo voluto conoscere lo chef per parlarci del segreto del suo sugo con le orecchiette. Strepitoso. Da pugliese, un piatto semplice ma eccellente non lo avevo mai assaggiato. La semplicità e gli ingredienti di qualità hanno fatto di un piatto orecchiette al pomodoro, una esperienza. Per non parlarne dello spiedino di cozze Gratinate..con le verdure fresche. Mi fermo qui. La panna cotta? No vabbè. Non sono mai stato in un ristorante stellato e voglio dedicare le mie 5 stelle a x food.

It's thanks to them that the day went so well. Compliments from all the guests, and the quality of the food was truly EXCELLENT! Even though we were a little nervous and sometimes a bit dizzy, they helped us make this the most beautiful day of our lives and made every single guest feel at ease! 09/09/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Amaranto Bistrot in Finalborgo, and the experience was truly excellent. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, always smiling and attentive without ever being intrusive. I tried the potato dumplings with escarole, sausage, and pine nuts: a flavorful dish, well-balanced, and made with top-quality ingredients. Next up was the creamy, flavorful brandacujun, executed to perfection. A welcoming restaurant that combines traditional dishes with attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic experience in Finalborgo!

13/09/2025: A restaurant serving traditional dishes, a quiet place, no wait even without a reservation. The owner is truly kind and professional, offering us various liqueurs after dinner. I really enjoyed the spaghetti with bottarga and the truly excellent seadas. The wine by the glass was also excellent. I recommend it.

The pizza cook / owner was friendly and obliging. Good selection of bottled beer. Lovely bottled juices. Great selection for vegetarians! Completely satisfied.

30/07/2025: Esperienza indimenticabile, a partire dagli antipasti, a finire con i dolci super. Carne cotta alla perfezione e di alta qualità, antipasti lo stesso e dolci buonissimi. Da provare se si passa ad Alghero.

Fogo Alghero è uno di quei posti che ti colpiscono fin dal primo momento: un locale stupendo, curato nei minimi dettagli, capace di creare un’atmosfera calda, accogliente e unica nel suo genere. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso, facendo sentire ogni cliente speciale. E poi il cibo… semplicemente straordinario! Dall’antipasto al dolce, ogni piatto è preparato con materie prime di altissima qualità e presentato con grande cura. I sapori sono autentici, intensi, e raccontano una vera passione per la cucina. Che si tratti di una cena romantica, di un pranzo tra amici o di una serata speciale, Fogo è la scelta perfetta.
