This is a historic establishment with roots dating back to the late 18th and early 19th centuries. We opted for the "Water and Air" tasting menu for lunch. All the dishes met our expectations. The staff was attentive and friendly. Treat yourself and make a reservation; places like this are rare.

12/10/2025: A beautiful downtown location with a large covered outdoor space. It's not your typical Palermo bar, but a bakery where you can enjoy sweet and savory treats in peace. The food is good, including a savory American breakfast, and the service is excellent. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Last but not least, the opportunity to cuddle Rollei the dog is priceless.

We had a blast (even if we couldn't get enough by the end) 🤣 From the appetizers to the petits fours, it was one surprise after another. Very pleasant service, beautiful plates and presentation. 18/08/2025: I wasn't familiar with the place, so it was a lucky reservation. I had the best gnocco fritto I've ever had (at least in a restaurant), accompanied by sublime prosciutto. The tagliata, wine, and vegetables were also excellent. They have so many premium cuts of meat. I ate really well. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service excellent. One star less for the service only because they mistakenly charged us for a full bottle instead of the glass we ordered. It happens, I should have checked. The prices are high, but they're reasonable for the quality. I don't live nearby, but I'll make sure to return.

02/11/2025: A natural and simple place. A soft light that is best enjoyed among olive trees and charming farm animals. The overall atmosphere is serene, and the service is excellent. As you leave, you start thinking about returning again.

12/10/2025: A special place! For my sister's birthday, my parents chose to take us here, having already been to this delightful restaurant. One of the few places we left with a smile! Priceless attention to the ingredients, friendly and welcoming service that makes you feel immediately at home, and a memorable experience. We each decided to purchase a handmade product from the menu (they have many, from jams to liqueurs). A true gem in a small, hidden village, we will return here every time we're in the area! A small example....sushi romam uramaki (Sushi carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e Pepe)!!!!! So is the beef selection! Bravo
