26/10/2025: Our first time, a magical discovery! Risotto with creamed cannellini beans, bacon, walnuts, and a local spice. Fresh broccoli, a worthy platter, and a trattoria-like price. The oil used was full-bodied and pure. We'll be back.

12/10/2025: There's nothing to write about, you just have to sit back and wait for Riccardo (the chef) to feed you until your body begs for mercy. Typical Etruscan dishes and more, a typical medieval setting surrounded by nature! I've been there, I've been back, and I'll be back! Rating 💯

07/11/2025: A very beautiful, modern place with a charming atmosphere. In a small village, you wouldn't expect to find a truly city-like place. The pizza is excellent, with the aroma of ancient grains and the highest quality ingredients selected for each dish. The owners and wait staff are courteous and attentive. Highly recommended.

16/11/2025: If the beautiful scenery of the Nebrodi Mountains wasn't enough, the food at this trattoria is truly excellent. The first courses are delicious, but the meats are exceptional. The appetizers are also delicious. I had a delicious sliced ​​steak, cooked perfectly to my liking. I really appreciated that the staff brought the raw meat to the table, which they would then cook, so that the customer could visually verify the quality and freshness of the meat. The staff was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Definitely worth trying again and again. The price is very fair and in line with what you'd expect from a trattoria in the mountains. And last but not least, the bathrooms were clean and smelled great. That's no small thing.

28/10/2025: Mystical experience, TRULY selected meats. A few types, a few carefully selected pieces, they are not the usual cuts you find in other restaurants. The perfectly cooked meat has a very light smokiness due to the gentle cooking, not over an open flame. Very kind and friendly staff, very attentive to service. Amazing wine list. Incredible herbs and baked potatoes. I think it is the best place I have ever eaten so far.

29/11/2025: I had the most wonderful time at Bibenda Assisi. I was greeted so well and the whole experience was filled with hospitality and most importantly the most delicious wine!! Nila and Claudio are wonderful people and know how to have a great time.

05/11/2025: An unforgettable experience! The modern, cutting-edge structure gives you a sense of safety and durability. Once you reach the top, you'll be enchanted by the beauty of the landscape and the purity of the air you breathe. One note: if you're not used to rapid ascents and descents, you may experience some pressure issues (my ears got blocked during the descent and stayed that way for a whole day 🤣). The fact remains that it's an experience worth trying at least once. :)

A cutting-edge, technologically advanced system that takes you to the highest peaks in a circular cabin that rotates 360°, allowing all passengers to admire the panorama during the ascent and descent, with some seats also available. When you reach the Pavillon, you can enjoy a variety of activities: visit the botanical garden, the Cave Mont Blanc sparkling wine production laboratory, and the hangar on the history of the cable car's construction, or relax on the lounge chairs and have lunch at the restaurant. When you arrive at Punta Helbronner, enchantment is guaranteed: the view is incredible, the air fresh and rarefied, the panorama breathtaking. You can also reserve and dine at the restaurant with an incredible view.

23/11/2025: I went to the restaurant for a group dinner with friends, there were eight of us. The staff were extremely helpful from the start: we requested some menu changes and they were really kind. The menu was truly phenomenal, excellent value for money. The woman who explained most of the dishes to us was extremely helpful and super professional. Excellent experience, I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!
