La cucina è tipica e familiare: qui la qualità non si misura in termini di alta cucina, ma in una semplice eccellenza, fatta di genuinità e sapori autentici. Che dire del resto? Lasciatevi consigliare da lui se volete trascorrere una serata all’insegna della convivialità, in un luogo dove l’atmosfera e la location esprimono perfettamente questo spirito. I vini sono ottimi e gli antipasti… beh, non hanno fatto altro che prolungare il piacere di un’esperienza davvero godibile. Consiglio prenotate in largo anticipo se non volete rimanere a bocca vuota.

14/06/2025: 2 days have passed since our wedding and we can't count the messages and calls we received from our guests to compliment us on the beautiful day we spent, the professionalism of the structure and the good food that left its mark, it was a wedding of about 200 people managed impeccably, from the aperitif to the dessert buffet... we never received a "no" to any of our requests, our every wish was fulfilled. The second course of meat in the external barbecue variant was highly appreciated... there are no words to thank you... You are the best!❤️

14/06/2025: Today in this fantastic villa to celebrate the wedding of Maria and Giuseppe. The location is simply enchanting: a large, well-kept garden, panoramic view of the hills, and an elegant but welcoming reception room. Every corner seemed designed to create atmosphere, perfect also for photos. The organization was impeccable, the staff super helpful and all the dishes truly delicious. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a dream place for a wedding and who knows, maybe one day, I will choose it for what will be my unforgettable day.

07/06/2025: In this place you will not find: - ingredients with dop, igp, doc, pdf, ppt denominations. - contemporary Neapolitan dough 7.0 with 80% hydration leavened 97.5 hours under the full moon that for some reason always sticks in your stomach. - pistachio pistachio waterfalls - senseless prices That said, it is a perfect place to eat a VERY GOOD pizza at decent prices (I can't say normal because normality has now become making you pay 18 euros for a pizza). A pizza like the ones we ate when we were kids, before they put bombs in our heads and we started discussing pizza as if it were nuclear physics. Good and cooked perfectly, light and no nighttime thirst. The best place in town to have dinner in one of the most scenic corners of Catania, with very good and very kind guys.

15/06/2025: We went to this place twice. The first time for an aperitif, the second time for a wine tasting and dinner. The wine tasting is a bit expensive (we paid €50 per person and we tasted 7 wines), but it was a private experience as there were no other guests. The food was excellent and the service is impeccable, with both Marianna and Serena being friendly but extremely professional. it's also possible to buy local products like sauces, honey, charcuterie, and cheeses. Absolutely recommended it.

The fish in particular – phenomenally prepared, buttery soft and perfectly seasoned – was a real highlight. The other courses were also a hit, and the wine… it was of exceptional class. Everything was just right, from the plates to the atmosphere. The restaurant exudes peace and style, which makes you really get away from it all. An absolute must for those who love quality, refinement and a warm welcome!

Very kind owners and staff! In general it's better to book, but if you're not in a hurry you can have a good aperitif while waiting for a table to become free.. There, high in the mountains, where the air is thin and the silence thick, lies a restaurant that you would expect to find in a fairy tale rather than on Google Maps. You sit down on the terrace of Terrazza Costantino at a height where clouds are not above you, but next to you. And before you are even properly seated, it begins: a parade of works of art on porcelain. An amuse here, a whispered explosion of taste there. You taste Sicily, but at star level, without it having lost its peasant soul. The wines? Layered and exciting. No thirty-page wine list here, but a selection that perfectly complements all dishes. And then the bill… While you rub your belly and your heart is full, you receive the receipt. And you look again. And again. Not because it's high, but because you think they forgot to write down a course or four. You won't find a price-quality ratio like that anymore. So, are you a bit of a Burgundian, do you have a steering wheel and are not in a hurry? Then drive up that mountain. Paolo Laila Gramaglia took care of pampering and guiding us during lunch, and it is true what they say: behind, or as I prefer to say, next to a great man there is always a great woman: no one better than Laila could present Paolo's dishes, explain their history, exalt the raw materials and combinations. I do not want to dwell on the courses so as not to take away the pleasure of experiencing this fantastic experience first-hand; what I can tell you is that it largely satisfied my expectations! The dish I preferred was the one I was most curious about, "the quiet egg": Laila will explain to you why it has this name
