01/03/2026: Excellent pastry shop, wide selection of products, clean and well-organized environment. Gluten- and lactose-free products (both sweet and savory, and bread) are clearly displayed in a separate display case, so be careful not to contaminate them. Last but not least, the staff is kind, polite, and friendly.

20/02/2026: There are no words...years and years of eating sweets all over Sicily without knowing that perfection was there...just a few steps away...in Sciacca. For me, the best pastry shop in Sicily, I ate the best Genovese of my life... as well as unparalleled almond desserts. Mr. Franco, the owner, was very kind... The lady at the counter and all the staff were exquisite. Thank you so much, my taste buds are still thumping with joy.

30/09/2025: Everything was fantastic. The service was unbeatable. Very friendly. They explained each dish to us, and the presentation was an art in itself. We were very comfortable and a wonderful meal because everything we ordered was exquisite. The cod was extraordinary, the risotto, the desserts, everything. I definitely recommend it. 27/09/2025: I was looking for a nice place for my birthday, and I have to say it was an excellent choice!! The food was excellent, with no predictable dishes, and well-balanced flavor combinations where no one flavor overpowers the other. The service was impeccable, fast, and very attentive to the customer's needs. About the chef... what can I say???!!! A magician, an artist, a poet... I don't know how to describe him, but his dishes have a bit of all these qualities! Well done, and congratulations, chef 😉👏

The wine recommendation was particularly lovely; the red wine served with the meal was a perfect match and rounded off the evening beautifully. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy; you immediately feel welcome. The service was attentive and warm, especially the wine recommendation – a big thank you for that! A place you'll gladly recommend and visit again yourself.

12/03/2026: Passing through Caluso for a medical appointment, we decided to treat ourselves to lunch at this very famous restaurant in the area. Despite our delay (we arrived at 2:15 PM), we were greeted with great kindness and escorted to the main dining room on the ground floor. The restaurant is beautiful, with a refined yet not overly formal atmosphere. There are several options for lunch. We opted for a classic menu and a gourmet menu. The amuse-bouche were very interesting, particularly the one with Bra sausage, ricotta, and a mulled wine reduction. We continued with two fantastic dishes. Fassona beef tartare, although simple, was delicious. One of the best I've ever had, the quality of the meat was top-notch. The gourmet menu, however, began with a free-range rooster plin, Nizza cardoon, and Passito: the best stuffed pasta I've had this year. Leek risotto was very good, creamy, and had balanced flavors. They offered us a change to the gourmet menu: duck instead of the grilled Fassona fillet. We accepted the change; I think I did the right thing. To finish, a zabaglione with Caluso passito, expertly whipped, and torcetti. A cheese tasting was included. All accompanied by two glasses of Nebbiolo. All the leavened pastries and similar were also noteworthy. The service was professional, but deliberately not too formal. We spent €50 each, including water, wine, and coffee. I will definitely be back.

11/02/2026: "Much more than a meal, a true encounter!" We'd read some amazing reviews on Google, so we came with incredibly high expectations... And the result? We were blown away. We went for the full three-course meal: starter, main, and dessert, and frankly, it was flawless, pure bliss on a plate. What really touched us was the chef. He came to our table twice to tell us where his ingredients came from and how he came up with his recipes. You can feel his genuine passion, and it makes all the difference to the experience. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere is perfect... In short, if you're ever in the area, don't hesitate for a second, it's a gem!
