An incredible place - absolutely loved the philosophy and the whole tea experience visiting this gem of a place. I’ve never experienced anything quite like this. Claudia (an absolute sweetheart) takes you through the experience of taking your time to smell your way through continents & flavours of tea at your leisure - you pick a mug & tea infuser, fill up your infuser and then Claudia comes round with hot water & a timer. Such a genius concept. You feel part of the process and experience. Tea selection is superb. And quality of tea exceptional. The owner is a master at selecting teas. Even purple tea leaves I’ve never come across. There’s delicious accompanying range of cakes and biscuits too - chosen to compliment the teas. AND gin infused teas too! Honestly a hidden backstreet gem of a place. Highly highly recommended. I absolutely loved visiting 3 times for tea & cake/biscuits & a wonderful chat with Claudia. I also bought some teas to take home to London & received a sweet Palermo tea gift - will for sure return. Just superb! RETURNED APRIL 2026 A dream place - Claudia remembered me - this place is such a magical spot and the tea experience a real delight.

A place with a family atmosphere, a very nice girl, and special teas. I hope to return soon.

Finally, a good, well-stocked tea shop in the city center. You can sample the teas on site, along with some sweet treats.

We had a great time at FAI da Thè. Cakes and teas were great and the people were lovely. They speak various languages including French. Perfect place for our end of day break. And thanks for the restaurant tip! It was perfect for us.

I was here with a friend, what can I say? A wonderful experience! A vast selection of teas. From the most—pardon the term—basic to the most refined. For the first time, I drank tea in a gaiwan and I fell in love! In fact, I ordered one. The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, ready to fill in my ignorance on the subject. I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful hidden gem of Palermo! We came just for a tea but left with an experience and teas to bring home. 😊Many thanks to Claudia for her hospitality! We recommend this spot for everyone who wants to slow down, explore and enjoy different tastes of tea.

A place where peace and tranquility reign, where you can go with friends or alone to sip a cup of good tea and try different varieties, taking your time! On your first visit, the owner will show you his vision of the place and his service methods. Highly recommended, and I will gladly return.
