02/11/2025: A restaurant in off-the-beaten-path Orvieto. A charming place that I think is at its best in spring/summer. We went with two very young children, and they welcomed us very well; in fact, they often found ways to entertain them by offering them play dough. Small things, sure, but it's these little things that make the difference between a restaurant/bistro and the ancient art of dining and hospitality. Let's get to the food. We all had a great time. Some had the ravioli, some the amatriciana, some the Umbrian cheese tart. I can speak highly of the steak, but I have very little to say about it. Yes, because the quality of the meat and its perfect rare cooking (and I emphasize perfect, considering it was a Sunday lunch with a full restaurant) leave me speechless, just wanting to return. All at a fair price. Excellent. We can't wait to return, even just for the friendliness of the waiter. PS. I'm an AC Milan fan, but I really appreciated the ASR scarves :) Well done! We will see each other soon!

01/11/2025: A unique experience everyone should know.... You feel right at home right away!!! Welcoming, friendly, as if we've known each other forever! The owners introduced themselves right away, the homemade food is authentic, simple, just like them, and the perfect quantity is excellent wine, all immersed in a wonderful landscape!!! 07/09/2025: We booked last-minute for lunch on Saturday, September 6th. They were very kind, even holding a table for us after 1:30 PM. We had lunch outdoors (very nice). The owner was very kind, welcoming us and explaining the dishes (prepared by her husband, a chef with a degree in biotech). The dishes were already inviting just hearing them described, but they were truly delightful when they arrived at the table. The ideas and combinations were also excellent. Each course was better than the next, right up until dessert. Truly everything was excellent! Kindness and goodness go hand in hand. The interior of the restaurant is also very charming. Excellent location. Prices more than in line with the order. We will return as soon as possible.

The hospitality is top-notch. If I had to give a rating, it would be an A+. We'll always be back. I recommend it.

23/12/2025: L’Immagine Bistro is not just a restaurant it is an experience. From the moment you walk in you can feel the energy. The owner greeted us with a warm and inviting manor along with a big smile. We felt like we were having dinner at a family home. As soon as we sat down we’d were greeted by multiple glass jars filled with candy!! Yes that’s right, treats galore. We all felt like kids in a candy store!!🍬🍭 The service was over the top. We had many people checking in on us during our entire dining experience. Now for the food…..wow!!! The tenderloin was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The flavors were deeply enhanced by the Sangiovese. My daughter had a pasta dish that was absolutely perfect. Between the wine, the food, the ambiance, the complimentary candy, the service we thought it everything was amazing. Then came the melon cello and fresh mandarins. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I would definitely return when we visit again. The entire experience was truly memorable. Thank you to the entire staff who worked so hard to prepare and serve such amazing food and providing exceptional service.❤️

21/12/2025: Located in the village of Moggiona, at the gateway to the Casentino Forests, just a few kilometers from the mystical Camaldoli hermitage, Mater welcomed us in its winter garb, with a roaring fireplace and a menu that demonstrated, not only on paper but also on the palate, great sensitivity, knowledge, respect for ingredients and technique, balance, and above all, a connection with nature and the forest. Marta and the waiters provided us with a warm and attentive welcome, providing timely advice and guidance on the dishes, menu and wine selections, as well as descriptions that gave depth and history to the dishes. The chefs, bustling like busy bees in the open kitchen, prepared dishes with layered and balanced flavors, reawakening memories, connections, and emotions, delicately and profoundly, in a journey of awareness of the land, the forest, our origins, and the unique characteristics of the region. Also greatly appreciated is the rediscovery and valorization of "humble" ingredients (acorns, for example), which were often a fundamental addition to our grandparents' diets during less prosperous periods of history and which here become a source of wealth and gratitude. 11/11/2025: A must-see when you're in Terminillo...really friendly, a wide selection of hot sandwiches, excellent beer, what more could you want? Ambience...rated 3 but...the location is nice, with tables outside and inside in the sun if you want...a helmet rack for motorcyclists inside. The atmosphere is that it's a sandwich shop, but you might not like it...go to the restaurant instead if you have money to spend; it's cheap and good. It's on the road, sure, but during quiet periods, it's quiet, with no cars passing by. Truly a go-to place for a tasty stop. Craft beers.
