Tucked away in a quaint corner of San Gimignano this is a great place to spend an afternoon sipping fabulous wines from the area and people watching. And they can ship some of your favorites back home.

If you want to experience a great place to grab an authentic bite, Just off the square (and out of the crowds) you will be thrilled with Massimo’s slice of heaven. We visit San G twice a year and can’t wait to visit his restaurant. Massimo has GREAT vino, excellent views and the best tucked away location. He sources tremendous local San G wines along with awesome Brunellos etc….He is a consummate host. His momma was visiting him this particular time and it was so sweet to see them interact. I wanted to drink Vernaccia di San Gimignano, so I dropped in on a whim by myself. I hadn't really appreciated the taste of wine before, but the Vernaccia was incredibly delicious, and I even ordered a second glass, which I hadn't planned on. The food was also delicious and paired perfectly with the wine. The staff were wonderful people—very calm and cheerful. Up until this day, I had been a little saddened by the somewhat impersonal service I'd received in the major tourist destinations in Italy, but this experience made me truly glad I came to San Gimignano (a region in Tuscany). Please feel free to drop in for a glass of wine!

A quiet corner away from the hustle and bustle, near the town's main square. Excellent crostoni with generous cured meats and a wide selection of wines. Very good value, especially considering it's just a few meters from the cathedral in one of the region's most famous towns. Special mention goes to the very kind Massimo, who delivered the hat I'd left there inadvertently within a few days :) Highly recommended!

The guy who owns this place is super super nice and the meats and cheese he curates are top notch. His wines are also fantastic, we ended up returning to the shop after having lunch there to buy a few wines from his stock! Highly recommend.

Perfect vineria! Fabulous well curated selection of wines at every price, from modest to some pinnacles of Italian wine. We had a generous board of superb meats and cheeses with superb local Vernaccia whites. A beautiful space looking down onto some towers of the town. The host is very hospitable, and obviously passionate about wine. Deserving of more than 5 stars. Good value. You must come here.
