Really a top pick … the service was fantastic … we arrived without a reservation, just off the plane/drive and we were warmly welcomed …
The food is top end and very refined … classic dishes with excellent execution .. dessert was brilliant
Wine list is stellar … I treated the table both for wine during dinner and dessert wine …
I rarely repeat while in Tuscany, but we will likely be back!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Excellent food, amazing first courses with excellent ingredients. Impeccable service, like I haven't seen in months. Finally, a team that knows what they're doing. Delicious tiramisu.
I recommend all the first courses, the meat tartare is truly special, the zucchini flowers too, and the tiramisu in particular is among the best desserts. Not to mention the view of the San Biagio temple and the delightful garden! Well done!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant.
We had extraordinary zucchini flowers and ricotta and an excellent tartare. We then went for linguine with raw shrimp and ravioli with fondue and truffle, which were simply exceptional! We finished with a white chocolate parfait, which I can't describe in words!
Excellent service and the wait staff were extremely knowledgeable about every dish served.

The service by all staff was excellent. The food was even better (highly recommend the house pastas- try a truffle if available or their white ragu). The atmosphere was charming. Currently it’s Michelin recommended but it deserves a star. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The fixed menu is really a special treat here. Phenomenal staff, unique courses, and everything over the top with flavor.
Popped in for my last meal in Italy to celebrate my birthday, and they did not disappoint. I had biked 31 miles (50 km) in 91F heat and I was ready to slam.
Killed two bread baskets, 6 Still Waters, the fixed menu, and two specials. It was delicious start to finish. My only regret is not eating more.

Lovely patio with a direct view of the church at sunset. Friendly service and fantastic food, especially the ravioli filled with carbonara, one of the nicest pasta dishes I’ve ever had. Each piece of pasta popped with a savoury blast of delicious sauce.
