01/04/2025: Happened by chance, very nice and welcoming environment, kind and helpful staff, ate a wonderful paella, truly remarkable fried calamari, a delicious strawberry ceeschkey, with an excellent prosecco, spent 40 euros. Highly recommended and of course I will return

30/03/2025: one of the best I've ever been to, excellent food, an incredibly quiet place, perfect service and costs well below expectations, I recommend this small restaurant in Bordano to everyone, finally the bartenders and waitresses are really very nice.

28/03/2025: We are absolutely not there. The atmosphere is all in all nice, the girl who welcomed us was very kind, but the praise ends there. The menu is read to us half-heartedly and reluctantly. We take a "risotto": boiled rice, with a tasteless sauce. No toasting, no soffritto. It tasted of nothing but boiled rice. Eaten out of hunger, not for pleasure. Cheap price, at least that.

25/01/2025: Good evening, I've never done it but this time I'm doing this review from the heart because we felt so cheated, we were here in Lignano for some judo competitions, we were looking for a good pizzeria, after the various phone calls to the various pizzerias in the surrounding area, everyone being full, the only place where 14 people could have dinner was found free and was this place, we sat down at 8pm we immediately noticed that there was no one else inside, only us from here some people immediately came to us doubts a gentleman owner of the place was basically the one to take the orders, bring drinks, make the pizzas and everything else that I'll leave you to imagine after an hour he brought us the pizzas they were practically inedible full of oil, a bottle of water 4 euros a can of 0.33 4 euros crazy prices, zero service and so on and so forth, I just feel like saying that when you are not up to it, perhaps for the non-summer period, it is not right to make certain commitments

20/02/2025: Nice place to eat well. Structure and furnishings well matched to the context. Often, especially during the high season, it is advisable to book in advance. Medium-high prices but which compensate for the goodness of the dishes. The grappas are also excellent.

15/02/2025: Locale accogliente, facile da raggiungere con possibilità di parcheggio. Abbiamo mangiato 2 primi: buoni gli gnocchi di ortiche mentre le pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale non ci hanno entusiasmato. Per secondo abbiamo diviso una buona grigliata di carne. Per finire due coppe di tiramisù: gusto buono anche se la crema era un po’ troppo liquida.

03/02/2025: I start from the assumption that it was a short stay lasting only 1 night. I decided to book at this property for convenience. Strategic location near the ski lift for Mount Zoncolan on which there is a fairly popular ski resort. Being a 4 star hotel we expected a high level of everything but this was not the case. Room: we opted for a modern room, at least that's what it seemed like from the description and photos. The room looks quite welcoming but then going into the details it's not really like that. Fairly dated furniture, ok we are in the mountains but we need to update a bit. In the "double" bed we had the displeasure of sleeping on 2 mattresses and not on a double mattress, which gave us a night of almost "split" with the risk of our 16 month old baby getting stuck between the 2 mattresses. A positive point is the comfortable mattresses. Negative point was the cleanliness of the room, under the bed there was an impressive accumulation of dust lasting I don't know how many days. Clean bathroom. Service: the staff was kind to let us check in early upon request, the lady who also takes care of the restaurant welcomed us, unfortunately we were not provided with any information on the opening times of the SPA inside the structure which we were interested in but only upon request. The restaurant presents itself with great attention to detail, a very interesting à la carte menu with very good options including homemade pasta. We used the restaurant for both lunch and dinner. The negative point of the restaurant is that during the evening service it is not clear how the side dish buffet works, we were not told that we would be charged for each plate of side dishes that they brought to our table, the same thing only for the desserts, we were told that we would have to have one dessert each. Another negative point is having a 16 month old child pay the cover charge. Breakfast: poor, very poor indeed, we are talking about a 4 star, it is impossible that there was no fruit, only 2 kiwis cut in half, and it was only 8 in the morning. The spa looks quite good, small but welcoming, the heated pool is a plus for the little ones. In short, at the end of my stay I would say that I would return just to try other dishes in the restaurant.

06/03/2025: An absolutely authentic Italian bar. The service is very friendly, the coffee is really good and the sweet little things are highly recommended. In a side room you can choose from a good selection of bread, local cheese and ham, as well as pasta. An absolute tip. We always enjoy coming by when we are in Buttrio
