We visited during the day, so no feedback on the rooms, although the interior is truly well-decorated with taste and quality. We stopped for lunch. The pizza was very good, even in unusual shapes. The "trunchetto" was truly delicious.

We came here for pizza after our visit to the bike park. The pizza was just right. The pasta was also very good, but there could have been a bit more mushrooms in the sauce. We'd definitely stop by again. :)

I ate on the terrace overlooking the mountains, delicious spaghetti... I'll be dreaming about it for a long time, yum! And for dessert, a very refreshing cup of strawberries with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. I couldn't lift my head from my meal, it was magical! When you go bikepacking via the Stelvio to Tyrol, you're entitled to a treat like that! I loved it. Thanks to the team and the chef!

Albergo Del Negro Restaurant

28/06/2026: We from the Grünbach Motorcycle Team (MTG) spent eight days at the Del Negro and experienced friendly service that reliably looked after our well-being throughout our stay. Everything was very pleasant, professional, and focused on finding solutions. The food and drinks were good and reasonably priced, and the room service was punctual, tidy, and reliable. We were treated like guests, not customers. And that was true even when the evening discussions about the day's rides and experiences seemed endless...
27/02/2026: We stayed at this hotel for three nights, using a tourist voucher. The room (double with connecting single) was really spacious and clean. The bathroom was very comfortable. Dinner (we had half board) also offered local dishes, but we preferred the soups! The portions aren't large, but the value for money was excellent. Breakfast is quite basic, but you can order eggs or croissants the night before. The staff was super friendly, we'll be back!
