18/03/2026: I had to go inside to order because no waiter had noticed us (the place was practically empty). We waited 10 minutes for two prosciutto canapés, probably made the day before and reheated to try to hide the stale ham flavor.

25/12/2025: Casa Ippolito in Aprilia Marittima di Latisana is a delightful discovery. The setting is modern, well-maintained, and very clean, ideal for both a casual dinner and a special evening. The staff is distinguished by their kindness and courtesy, always attentive and helpful. The cuisine is truly top-notch: the beef fillet with green peppercorns was simply exceptional, tender and flavorful. The beef tartare was also excellent, fresh and well-balanced. The grilled chicken was delicious, and the pasta carbonara was surprisingly tasty. A restaurant I definitely recommend: the quality, atmosphere, and service make Casa Ippolito a place I'll gladly return to.

28/06/2026: I found this place by chance, and it was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, with friendly and attentive staff, and the place is incredibly clean. The food is delicious and fresh. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes and bring others along to share it with you. The view is unparalleled, and its location makes it a hidden, intimate gem.

07/09/2025: A recommendation from another hotelier because everything was full. Wonderful, but you need an enduro or 4x4 to get up there; it's gravel, and steep in places. So it's a mountain hut; don't expect any comfort.

28/06/2026: We from the Grünbach Motorcycle Team (MTG) spent eight days at the Del Negro and experienced friendly service that reliably looked after our well-being throughout our stay. Everything was very pleasant, professional, and focused on finding solutions. The food and drinks were good and reasonably priced, and the room service was punctual, tidy, and reliable. We were treated like guests, not customers. And that was true even when the evening discussions about the day's rides and experiences seemed endless...

27/02/2026: We stayed at this hotel for three nights, using a tourist voucher. The room (double with connecting single) was really spacious and clean. The bathroom was very comfortable. Dinner (we had half board) also offered local dishes, but we preferred the soups! The portions aren't large, but the value for money was excellent. Breakfast is quite basic, but you can order eggs or croissants the night before. The staff was super friendly, we'll be back!

30/05/2026: This place is just wonderful. The design, the interior and not the least the owners behind the bar. It is a restaurant combined with an alimentary, and don’t get confused; they have great wine and food. Greeted (and served) by the owner, we had the most wonderful evening at this - off “main street” - place, which deserves so many more guests. Value and experience for money if I may put it that way.

09/04/2026: Those who did not appreciate this fantastic restaurant must have missed the point of Italian cuisine. Pasta is al dente, which allows the sauce to be absorbed, not lay aside. Tomato sauce is exactly as it should be; aromatic, slightly sweet (from the tomatoes, not ketchup) but also gently sour. No salt or pepper or anything else needed - perfect balance of flavours. The point is simplicity: no Parmigianino, just pasta and sauce, with pieces of tomatoes in it. Delicious! Pizza Diavola is also at the top of the best. Again, simplicity of Italian food is clear and undisturbed. Red pepper ads a bit of sweetness, spicines is not overwhelming , a perfect balance is maintained. The bread is perfectly baked, the cheese is not overcooked or slack. Perfect pizza. House white wine is well balanced, to ensure it compliments the meal, without overwhelming it. Lemon cream with lemon sorbet also bets on simplicity. No added flavours of chocolate, nuts or other disturbances. It's refreshing and pleasantly contrasts all the flavours of the meal. Espresso dopio is essential, aromatic, with acidity conspicuous enough to justify a sprinkle of sugar. Prices are decently balanced, not to say good, comparing with worse but more expensive competitors. Top it all up with fantastic atmosphere, marked with football memorabilia and very professional and friendly service and you have a perfect dinner. Those who love Italian cuisine will not go wrong visiting All'ancona 2. Those, who are used to spoiled street food taste, should visit All'ancona 2, to appreciate a true Italian simplicity and taste. We had a great time and an unforgettable feast!
