19/10/2025: Every dish at my first vegan dinner was a real surprise. You can clearly taste the refined, creative dishes, made with genuine love. Balanced flavors and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming, a place where you immediately feel at home. The staff is impeccably kind. The service was truly perfect. My sincere compliments to Chef Walter! We were warmly welcomed by the waitress, who showed us to our table, which, like the rest of the restaurant, was decorated in a Halloween theme without being too tacky. The menu is seasonal, the dishes were truly delicious, as was the service, which was timed perfectly and always with a smile. Well done!

05/11/2025: This is truly a fine restaurant. Creative dishes expertly served from start to finish. I loved the gnocchi with plum and cinnamon as my starter. The bronzino main course was excellent as well - perfectly cooked and presented. Don't miss this one for a special dining experience in Udine. Oh, and make a reservation. We tried to get a last minute table last night and were unable, so we made a reservation for the next night.

When I want something to eat, I can't help but think of Panino a Modo Tuo, a simple yet high-quality place. The ingredients are evidently very fresh, and the sandwich combinations are practically endless. The staff is very friendly, always ready to offer advice, and always smiling and joking. Ultimately, it's a place where you can escape to eat something simple yet delicious and of excellent quality, accompanied by a good beer, all according to your personal preferences; let's not forget the prices, which are well below average.
