03/05/2025: A pearl hidden in Carnia
You don't arrive at Indiniò by chance: this aspect certainly represents a challenge for those who do fine dining in this way and a very pleasant discovery for those who then find themselves in the beautiful village of Raveo almost "without knowing it".
The location, the result of a skilful renovation, is perfectly set in the historic center. The bar at the entrance is a pleasant meeting point. Going up the stairs you then arrive in the welcoming, well-kept dining room with tables well arranged on several levels.
We opted for the classic tasting menu (the botanical one was also very interesting). All courses (including the amuse bouche) denote a very careful selection of local raw materials of excellent quality and a frantic search that is never an end in itself, but aimed at the perfect balance of flavors through unconventional solutions. You have the feeling that everything is not done to amaze but to give guests a wellness experience for the palate.
The wine pairing was superb with very pleasant discoveries of small wineries and great confirmations (Vodopivec). Don't miss the selection of cheeses. Ultimately, a very well-studied and excellently paced menu that makes you leave the table pleasantly full and not at all weighed down (well, after a certain age I believe that the most sincere opinion after a dinner can be expressed the next morning... and on this front too we are truly at the top).
The service proved to be very attentive and professional, without mistakes and with a great desire to make anyone who visits this food and wine pearl feel good.
A much appreciated added value is the possibility of being able to chat at the end of the evening with the chef Gloria and with Mirco, maître and sommelier.
For good luck, it shouldn't be said: but the conditions for shining in the well-known red guide are all there.
03/05/2025: Da Indiniò non si arriva per caso: questo aspetto rappresenta sicuramente una sfida per chi fa alta ristorazione in questo modo ed una piacevolissima scoperta per chi poi si ritrova nel bellissimo borgo di Raveo quasi a “sua insaputa”.
La location, frutto di una sapiente ristrutturazione, è perfettamente incastonata nel centro storico. Il bar all’entrata è un piacevole punto d’incontro. Salendo le scale si arriva poi nell’accogliente sala da pranzo molto curata e con tavoli ben disposti su più livelli.
Abbiamo optato per il menu degustazione classico (molto interessante anche quello botanico). Tutte le portate (inclusi gli amuse bouche) denotano un’attentissima selezione delle materie prime locali di eccelsa qualità e una spasmodica ricerca mai fine a se stessa, ma indirizzata al perfetto bilanciamento dei sapori passando per soluzioni non convenzionali. Si ha la sensazione che il tutto non viene fatto per stupire ma per concedere agli ospiti una wellness experience per il palato.
Superlativo il wine pairing con piacevolissime scoperte di piccole cantine e grandi conferme (Vodopivec). Da non perdere poi la selezione dei formaggi. In definitiva un menù molto ben studiato e ottimamente cadenzato che ti fa alzare dal tavolo piacevolmente sazio e per niente appesantito (beh, dopo una certa età credo che il giudizio più sincero dopo una cena uno lo possa esprimere la mattina dopo…e anche su questo fronte siamo veramente al top).
Il servizio si è rivelato molto attento e professionale, senza sbavature e con una gran voglia di far sentire bene chiunque visiti questa perla enogastronomica.
Un apprezzatissimo valore aggiunto rappresenta poi la possibilità di poter chiacchierare a fine serata con la chef Gloria e con Mirco, maître e sommelier.
Per scaramanzia non andrebbe detto: ma i presupposti per brillare nella nota guida rossa ci sono tutti.

29/05/2025: MIKIi nice and PROFESSIONAL, Manola furious with her husband sliced the steak (as she would have done with him,) and stuck it on a skewer, Exceptional. Every time I can I go back there... If you want to be in paradise, you have to eat at Gisa's, always something special and if you want also something to try. Apart from the professionalism and cordiality of Manola and Micaela, let's not overlook the founder Gisa with the strength and determination that only women have. If you want you can experience the university of flavors.

30/04/2025: Unique and exceptional bar, what makes it special is its manager Tommaso who, with his skill, friendliness and availability, is a point of reference for everyone in Udine who wants to drink an excellent coffee and a Neapolitan pasta or a hot or cold snack. Highly recommended!

29/05/2025: The restaurant exudes authentic charm – traditional, cozy, and decorated with great attention to detail. The San Daniele ham was a poem: wafer-thinly sliced, perfectly cured, and with an aroma you won't soon forget. We tried the platter with three different pieces of ham. It was served with an excellent white wine from the region, which complemented the flavors wonderfully.
The service is particularly noteworthy: incredibly warm, attentive, and with true Italian hospitality. You feel welcome from the very first moment. The recommendation of the house was spot on – you immediately notice that the people here are passionate about their work. The dessert was even served warm, as if it had come straight from the oven.
If you're in the region, you shouldn't miss this culinary experience. We'll definitely be back!

03/05/2025: Totally vegan dinner shared between two people to get the most out of the experience: variety, taste, curiosity. This is that food that makes you talk about it while you taste it! The girls who served us are smiling, easy going and know what they are doing. We will definitely come back and bring more people.

In general it's better to book, but if you're not in a hurry you can have a good aperitif while waiting for a table to become free..
In the summer there are also seats outside.
Dogs allowed without any problem.

11/05/2025: I had already been to Nando's twice: once for a business lunch, another for an event where a buffet had been organised. Based on excellent previous experiences, I booked for last night for a family dinner and it once again lived up to expectations. Excellent service and excellent dishes (accompanied by excellent wine). Very courteous and knowledgeable staff, attentive and present but not intrusive. The quality/price ratio is also excellent for a service and quality that cannot be found everywhere.

16/04/2025: If you are in Lignano Sabbiadoro and you want a sandwich that is out of the ordinary, Il Panino a Modo Tuo is a must-stop.
The real star, however, is the quality of the sandwiches: fresh ingredients, original combinations and generous portions. In particular, the sandwich with bresaola, parmesan flakes and pistachio cream is a real treat. The contrast between the saltiness of the bresaola and the delicate sweetness of the pistachio cream creates a surprising and delicious balance of flavors. The parmesan flakes complete the whole thing with a strong and crunchy note. An unusual combination, but absolutely successful.
I will definitely be back!
08/04/2025: Nice, welcoming, clean and well-furnished place with the possibility of sitting inside or outside, located practically in front of the Terrazza Mare. The service is fast and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
Getting to the point, you can choose the ingredients with which to garnish your sandwich at a "fixed" price as you like and choose the preferred size, for example whether a whole sandwich or just half (obviously you pay half).
I have always found fresh and varied ingredients, delicious cold cuts and everything handled with great care and hygiene. Each step (from payment, to the cold cuts, to the addition of the ingredients) is organized in sectors and with people who handle only in their field of action, not "contaminating" themselves with others (e.g. those who handle the cold cuts do not handle the ingredients and so on).
If desired, it is also possible to order normal toast, accompanied by pink sauce on the side or sandwiches which are their "workhorses" for those who want to rely totally on them.
My sandwich was with burrata, basil cream, caramelized onion, lettuce, tomato, peppers and raw ham… Outstanding!! ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY!

Era la nostra prima esperienza con la cucina sarda e ne siamo rimaste soddisfatte.
Personale molto alla mano e disponibile nel spiegare i vari piatti. Piatti molto abbondanti, sopratutto l'antipasto. Il menù non è vastissimo, ma i piatti presenti sono fatti interamente in casa e lo si percepisce nel gusto.
Unica piccola nota: non ci sono stati presentati i dolci, il che è un peccato, perché ci avrebbe fatto piacere provarli.

Fantastic ice cream, excellent gluten-free cones, solid packaging and always elegantly wrapped.

The pistachio flavor is spectacular (especially the cremino version available on the weekend).
