I booked online, asking for a secluded table because we had our German Shepherd with us. They reserved a table for us on the grass, outside the dining room, and we had a wonderful time. The prosciutto was absolutely perfect, and the service was good, with young, friendly waiters.

A truly positive experience, discovering ancient knowledge. It was wonderful to see how this family still makes prosciutto today, bringing forward their knowledge from the past but using modern refrigeration. Finally, the tasting was excellent, along with their magnificent platter. I would definitely go back; I can't fault it.

A must-try! My partner and I ordered the tasting platter, and it was truly excellent.
Personally, the real surprise was the extraordinary attention paid to celiac customers. Often, those who eat gluten-free have to settle for emergency solutions or the usual packaged industrial products, which become tiresome in the long run. Not here!
They offer gluten-free baked goods specially sourced from a local artisan bakery, and for me, that's an added bonus.
This shows how much they care about making guests feel pampered and safe, without making them miss traditional bread.
I'd also add that the staff is truly exquisite and the place is very welcoming.
I definitely recommend it!

A group of ten booked a tour of the ham factory (still located in the center of San Daniele) and lunch at the restaurant. Everything was great! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ham was superb, paired beautifully with the side dishes. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had lunch at Casa del Prosciutto Alberti and it was a truly delicious experience. The trip from Florence was absolutely worth it.
We went on a Monday for lunch and everyone left more than satisfied, including the dog.
We ordered the "Alberti 1906" platter and the "House Tasting" platter: both were excellent. Each slice was freshly cut, and the quality of the ingredients was immediately apparent. The prosciutto was fragrant, perfectly flavorful, and so good we almost hated to eat it.
We also loved the desserts: I recommend them, especially the Strucky ones.
The staff was helpful, kind, and welcoming. We especially appreciated the fact that they welcomed our dog without hesitation, which isn't always a given.
We'll definitely be back, perhaps even to take a guided tour and learn more about the history of prosciutto.
