Beautiful evening and excellent dishes as always 🌟 Menu of the evening, brioche with creamed cod on a bed of lettuce and cherry tomatoes, crepe lasagne with asparagus and prawns and for dessert thinly sliced ​​pineapple with ginger ice cream and pineapple juice and spices including cinnamon .... Divine 🤤

Love it from the first moment. Family run place warm people, great concept for running this kind of place and self breakfast, just perfect. Modern room with everything that you can think off. Closed parking. Would come back!!

A place where nothing is left to chance, hospitality, kindness, cleanliness. If you are in the area around Gemona del Friuli I highly recommend this Osteria - bed & breakfast, I will definitely return.

Yesterday we had a fish dinner... everything was excellent and the staff were very kind... there were 8 of us and we were all very happy...

Osteria 38 is a beautifully-apportioned, well-run, and above all welcoming place. I spent two nights there in late November of 2023 and was immediately taken in by the hospitality and warmth of the family who runs it. The restaurant itself is excellent and has been around since the late 60's. The rooms are spacious and bright (the one I had was heated by the woodstove downstairs!). As a town Gemona itself is well worth a visit, and perfectly positioned to explore the foothills of the Alps and the rest of the Friuli region. Anna and her family helped out with places to visit, foods to try, really everything a traveler could ask for. There are so many anonymous places to stay while traveling. In my case, we met as strangers and parted as friends. What more could one hope for? Gracie, and I hope to be back soon!

Un’accoglienza calda e virtuosa con degustazioni del territorio. 2 giorni di permanenza straordinaria, camera singola. Non da meno Osteria , molto elegante e con piatti dai sapori ricercati . Posizione buona per raggiungere a piedi il centro e Stazione ferroviaria. Staff gentile, disponibile e professionale. Che dire, semplicemente elegante, raffinato struttura nuova e moderna.

Beh....che dire... esperienza magnifica. L'host Eleonora persona eccezionale, gentile accogliente, disponibile, quasi imbarazzante. La struttura molto accogliente, very smart, camera completa di tutto, silenziosa, pulitissima. Cucina comune in cui non manca nulla, anzi, direi esageratamente provvista. Ed infine la cena che ha preparato per me e il mio collega, veramente squisita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. Tornerò presto. Mille grazie Eleonora per l'ospitalità.
