31/05/2026: We went twice yesterday for lunch and dinner because we were passing through RE. We had a good lunch, so we decided to have more. In the evening, we spent 30 euros for lunch for two and 36 for two in the evening, leaving full and very satisfied. The only downside in the evening was that the ATM didn't work. I paid in cash with the last 50 euros I had, so I would have had to withdraw and so far so good. They gave me a receipt, okay, so it's fine, but I paid 35.10, I think, or 36.10. He filled my pockets with coins, which, given that there was this poor service and I paid with 50 euros, I honestly expected him not to take the 10 cents and to fill my pockets with coins. That's all. A small kindness, a thoughtfulness that could have been done given that, I repeat, there was a poor service. 5 -. Anyway, we'll be back.

06/05/2026: Truly a wonderful experience!! First of all, the service is unmatched; the waiters are helpful and polite, even in their manner of speaking. The food was truly excellent. We had fish dishes, pasta, and risotto, both very generous with seafood. The risotto was cooked very well, and the chef was very kind, offering me a second choice of first courses since I didn't know which to choose! The homemade desserts (you can tell) were very good. We'll definitely be back!!

26/04/2026: For lunch with two friends, we opted for fish. We were offered sea bass for €75/kg, which was sold as very fresh. Unfortunately for the waiter, I can perfectly distinguish fresh fish from fish that's been stored for 7-8 days. He could have avoided making us look like idiots. In any case, the fish was edible and cooked reasonably well, perfectly boned, but with too many potatoes. We also ordered a mixed fried fish to share between the three of us. It was too greasy and a bit paltry. I forgot... the courtesy ribbon, brought to the table with wine and water, had to be thrown away; it was completely burned. Three coffees and nothing else, for a total of €60 per person... a bit too much even if the fish had been very fresh and the fried food more plentiful.

09/05/2026: Passing through the area, we stopped at this pizzeria and ordered three pizzas to eat in. Decent dough, not in the style of Neapolitan pizzerias. Excellent quality ingredients. It doesn't have a restroom. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend it if you're passing by.

03/05/2026: For our lunch, for about ten people, a tasting menu was created that was the same for everyone, featuring fish, the staple ingredient of their cuisine. The restaurant is very well-kept and refined (as a mother, I appreciated the soft, enveloping changing table in the bathrooms). The staff were welcoming and helpful. We were pampered throughout the service! We had confirmation, several months after our last visit, of their excellent work.

23/04/2026: I dined at this restaurant located in the city center on the ground floor of a small villa with a parking lot for about ten cars. The menu focuses on seafood dishes with touches of Reggio Emilia specialties like gnocco and cappelletti. The seafood risotto was extraordinary in its flavors and the freshness of the ingredients. This was followed by an excellent grilled fish with a fragrant yet mellow breading. To finish, the desserts included a salted caramel and a good-quality millefeuille. Attentive and friendly service. Elegant atmosphere. Well-stocked wine list. Prices are in line with the competition and commensurate with the excellent quality of the seafood. A true gem; there are no other restaurants of this caliber in the city. I'll return.

I had lunch with a good appetizer (focaccia with mozzarella and prosciutto), an excellent light first course (spaghetti with fresh tomato and provola), and a wonderful dessert (a very fresh lemon delight). My colleagues' dishes were also excellent (fish-based). The service was quick and the atmosphere was pleasant. We were satisfied.
