31/08/2025: Does it exist -0?! Everything was horrible. The place was dirty, and the seating smelled of mold or something old and unsanitary. The food was cold and undercooked, and the drinks were warm due to the lack of refrigeration and ice! €22 was a VERY WASTED EXPENSE. SHOULD BE CLOSED.

27/07/2025: One of the worst experiences I've had at a KFC. The kiosk is out of order, only 2-3 of them work. I ordered via the app and paid at the register, which I shouldn't have done. I waited 30-40 minutes to pay. At first, there was only one person working the register and preparing orders; then another colleague arrived, and the situation didn't improve, but got worse. When we pointed out that we'd been waiting for a while, the gentleman told us they were having trouble (with 8 orders on the screen and a line at the register) and if we wanted to wait, we could keep waiting; otherwise, we could go eat somewhere else, it wasn't his problem. In fact, we went to eat at Dispensa Emilia.

31/08/2025: The pizzas I've eaten there, even though it's a takeout pizzeria, are a bit larger. But the exceptional thing is, beyond the wide selection, the quality of the ingredients. The prices are also lower, as there's no table service. It's a shame I don't live nearby because it's really worth it.

The staff is truly kind and helpful, always ready to accommodate customers' needs with a smile and a courtesy that is not so easy to find these days. The menu offers a wide selection of pizzas, all made with fresh, authentic ingredients and cooked to perfection. The dough is light, easy to digest, and has that touch of crunch that makes all the difference. The option of eating in or ordering takeout is a great advantage. Another aspect worth highlighting is the prices, which are truly fair! In a time when you can often find outrageous prices for even just a pizza, here you can enjoy an excellent product without having to spend too much. This detail, combined with the courtesy of the staff and the excellent quality, makes the pizzeria a reference point that I highly recommend to anyone who loves to eat well and feel at ease. In short, a place worth exploring and experiencing for its quality, affordability, and impeccable hospitality. I highly recommend it!

27/08/2025: I simply wanted to advise Ugo to change jobs since he didn't follow what was written on the pizza box, that is, they don't only make good pizza in Naples! And then this is the result! I ate the box and Pomodoro was better! Inedible!
