24/09/2025: A very good and simple traditional restaurant. The place has warm tones, yellow lighting, and a slightly dim atmosphere. A wide selection of wines. I tried the sheep's milk barzigole pasta for the first time, and it was a fantastic dish. The potatoes melted and the tagliatelle were excellent. Prices were very reasonable.

As someone who’s not a Michelin Guide expert, I can say with certainty that Osteria del Viandante deserves far more than just a single star—it’s a place that’s clearly shooting straight for a second. This was the highlight of our entire trip, and honestly, it’s hard to imagine anything else living up to this experience. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with a level of service that instantly set the tone for what was to come. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through each course and ensuring that our every need was met. Their genuine passion for the food was evident, and it made the entire meal feel like a special event. Now, let's talk about the food. The multi-course tasting menu was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was an artwork, bursting with flavors that were as bold as they were delicate, every bite perfectly balanced. It’s clear that attention to detail and creativity are at the heart of this restaurant, with the chef pushing boundaries while respecting tradition. And let’s not forget the wine pairing—it was exceptional, enhancing each course and offering us the chance to explore regional varieties that were absolutely perfect with the dishes. Though we had to take the train from Bologna and later a cab back to the city, it was worth every minute of the journey. Osteria del Viandante is a true gem, and I honestly believe it’s aiming for—and deserves—a second Michelin star. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. 15/09/2025: Let me start by saying that my wife and I are two Chefs, with the day off. Here, today on Easter Monday we went for lunch. So, from". Agriturismo La Prateria. Top notch staff, made up of a very tactically united family unit. We ordered some of their menu! Search for ingredients, excellent cuisine In the right times. The fried gnocco and the potato tortello with artichokes and sausage are excellent. In short, really good. We will be back and recommend it. Word from Chef. Especially my lady who does the job of Chef. She was especially impressed with the Polenta and GORGONZOLA soufflé. SPACEEEEEEE. We will definitely be back

15/10/2025: When you come here, you can't miss trying their wonderful penne... All'ubriaca, or penne Rosa for me are the best... Shame about the service which always leaves a lot to be desired... Long waits for orders, even though the place is not full... It's also a shame that you can't book and therefore often you have to wait a long time.

23/08/2025: At 10:35 PM on a Saturday night, turning off the fans outside and making it clear it's time to close. I would have had another beer, and at least with the fan on. I repeat, at 10:35 PM? On a Saturday night? No way. P.S. I'm an area manager at Paulaner 😜

12/08/2025: (Late review... but deserved, where it's due!) How likely are you to find yourself in Reggio Emilia for the "Campovolo di Ligabue" and, choosing a random place, be able to enjoy an excellent aperitivo, even gluten-free, accompanied by good wine in a place you've never been before? How likely are you that a person with hearing impairment can open (as is only right) a wine bar and offer the opportunity to learn and acquire a tiny bit of sign language with smiles, jokes, and kindness? How likely are you to have a pleasant chat with the owner and waitress, so much so that you find yourself talking with them until closing time and helping them clear the table because it feels like being at a friend's house? How likely are you to meet, in the middle of the conversation, a girl who played on the national volleyball team with one of your elementary school classmates, who also happens to be a fellow citizen of a small town in Irpinia? Very slim... and yet at "Anma Bar" it was possible! ...what can I say... it's a place worth a stop, 5 stars well deserved! Greetings from the Irpinia/Roman trio! :)

02/10/2025: I'm a regular customer, the gnocchi are delicious, as are the tigelle. The owners are friendly and welcoming. I've recently tried their delicious burgers. What can I say? They're excellent.
