Another point about the cover charge: for a trattoria, €3.50 per person seems excessive.

A trattoria offering a traditional Reggio Emilia menu. We ordered tortelli with walnut filling and cappelletti with porcini mushrooms. Both were very good, exceeding our expectations. It's rare to find cappelletti other than the classic ones, and when you do find them, it's always a lottery win. These guys, however, are truly excellent. The service is a bit sluggish, and there's room for improvement, but overall it's adequate. The price is average; I recommend trying it.
