08/07/2025: I ordered a slice of chicken (150g on the menu) and asked if a larger portion was possible, obviously paying the applicable surcharge. I received roughly 80 grams of chicken. So I ordered a second slice, which arrived with the wrong seasoning. So, I ended up paying for two slices, each weighing the same amount as one. Slow service and low engagement.

12/03/2025: I was in the area and stopped by because it was recommended to me. Very friendly and kind staff. I tried several sweet and savory things and they were all delicious. I also tasted the tiramisu... super!! Not everyone knows how to make a cappuccino like this, creamy at the right point. Highly recommended

03/07/2025: For the first time we ate at lunch with a fixed menu for those who work in the area, excellent, then we returned twice in the evening to eat à la carte, the first time the fish-based menu was excellent, a bit of a wait, there were a lot of people and only one waitress, the second time their special pizzas, excellent and never tasted a very very particular taste, I took the Val Tassobbio. 01/06/2025: Personale: gentilissimo, il luogo è immerso tra le colline e le prime montagne della zona di Reggio Emilia, una chicca da non trascurare e le persone in questi luoghi che io amo alla follia, sono splendide. Servizio: consiglio ~> la comunità vegana è ampia, sforzatevi di accettare chi ha sia problemi di alimentazione sia scelte etiche, aprire le porte al nuovo, al diverso significa fare entrare nuove energie e nuove idee. Ambiente: notevole collezione ai muri e sicuramente un tocco etrusco c’è e appunto per questo un rinnovo di stile con tradizione ed innovazione ci starebbe alla grande perché la verve c’è proprio tutta! Cibo: a parte la poca scelta e la poca voglia ad introdurre benessere nel menù (comodità suppongo e abitudini dei clienti) i piatti pur semplici che fossero sono risultati buoni ergo le capacità ci sono! Maggiore attenzione ai dettagli: amare un luogo significa farlo fiorire, Carpineti è un cuore di paese, diamogli il suo merito! Rinnovare per rifiorire, creare per stare bene. 13/04/2025: Recommended only for taking some dishes to take away (ravioli, rice, soba) because there is no alternative in the area. Poor sushi as well as fried foods, to be avoided if you don't want to risk getting sick. Inside it is a typical Chinese restaurant, but not one of the well-furnished ones. Insufficient cleaning. Rushed and chaotic service, non-existent customer attention. The only time we dined there instead of opting for takeaway, they brought me dessert before the last dish ordered; dessert which was also frozen and inedible and was not removed from the bill.

09/07/2025: The restaurant seats 12 inside and about thirty outside along the road surrounding the restaurant. Dishes can be ordered by QR code or with a paper menu upon request. I recommend the four-course cured meat platter. The first and second courses are good. They have a house wine: Lambrusco in 0.375-cl bottles. It fills almost four glasses. The plates are biodegradable and the glasses are plastic. I have no idea if they're recycled. Overall, a place worth trying. Prices are moderately high.

21/06/2025: I didn't try the food, just the bar. I had heard good things about it and they still managed to surprise me. Mixology done properly, a huge bottle rack and perfect cocktails even on a fairly crowded Friday night. If I have the chance, I'll definitely come back!
