15/10/2025: When you come here, you can't miss trying their wonderful penne... All'ubriaca, or penne Rosa for me are the best... Shame about the service which always leaves a lot to be desired... Long waits for orders, even though the place is not full... It's also a shame that you can't book and therefore often you have to wait a long time.

23/08/2025: At 10:35 PM on a Saturday night, turning off the fans outside and making it clear it's time to close. I would have had another beer, and at least with the fan on. I repeat, at 10:35 PM? On a Saturday night? No way. P.S. I'm an area manager at Paulaner 😜

15/11/2025: Whenever I visit my sister, I always have to grab a scoop of ice cream on the way back from Boretto. It's the best in the region.

07/12/2025: Had a reunion dinner with friends from elementary school. We were blown away by everything. A second serving of tortelli was enough to blow us away, the cotechino was the best I've ever had, the mashed potatoes were delicious, and the zuppa inglese was amazing. The service was professional but very friendly and "family-like," and we were able to chat peacefully. We'd love to return.

18/11/2025: Super welcoming place, impeccable service, perfect if you want to have an aperitivo and enjoy the view of one of Reggio's squares. The owners are always available and smiling, highly recommended 😊

06/11/2025: I had a fantastic Gewürztraminer here, accompanied by a delicious appetizer platter with high-quality cheese and salumi. Highly recommended, although the price was a bit steep. But it was worth it!

17/06/2025: It's the gas station bar. I stopped for a coffee after filling up and I have various fixed-price menus. I returned to the area for work and tried it. Very good dishes, freshly prepared and generous portions. They also have horse tartar, which I personally tried. Being from Padua, and living in a town near Saonara (which has horse as a specialty) I can guarantee that it is very good.

24/09/2025: Incredible visit. Couldn’t wish for a better place to learn about balsamico I came in knowing nothing about balsamic vinegar and came out with deep appreciation for the product and its old tradition

02/07/2025: We had a wonderful tour with Marco and would absolutely recommend visiting. The history and process of balsamic is absolutely incredible. There is so much skill and knowledge required, we were in aw of all the nuance that goes into creating balsamic vinegar. The tour was so informative and Marco is very welcoming. His products are of the highest quality and absolutely delicious. I have never tasted vinegar like it and nothing else will compare.

15/11/2025: Very satisfying traditional food, homemade preparations, and a relaxed atmosphere. The potato, mortadella, and pistachio appetizer was excellent! It's a shame we didn't get to try the dessert... we'll be back!

10/10/2025: Very welcoming place, I had a plate of tortellini with pancetta soffritto, truly amazing!!! Everything was really good!!!!!

23/10/2025: Absolutely worth a try! Saini Indian Restaurant was a sensational discovery. I never expected to find such authentic and delicious Indian cuisine in Alvigano. I had the pleasure of sampling several traditional dishes, all prepared with skill and passion. Special mention goes to the butter chicken, simply sublime! The owner and his wife were incredibly welcoming and guided us through our selection of dishes, recommending the tastiest specialties. If you love Indian cuisine, you absolutely can't miss this hidden gem. Highly recommended ❤️

21/09/2025: Very nice and welcoming place suitable for families and companies, professional and friendly staff, good, as regards the menu for me the pizza is exceptional. even when cold the pizza remains crunchy and digestible. off the menu the seafood appetizer (cold) and the fried seafood for me good presentation and fresh, also off the menu are the green or pumpkin tortelli from (NONNA LEA DI QUATTRO CASTELLA-R.E) not bad I recommend them. And if you have an empty gut, I recommend you enjoy their desserts. I forgot that it has an extended summer table with 40 seats outside and 40 table seats inside, average prices.

08/11/2025: The food and drink are excellent, the beer is good, and the price is reasonable. The place is also suitable for families with children, and its beautiful location in the Reggio Emilia hills makes it a perfect place for a pub. Recommended.

19/11/2025: Very nice and friendly accommodation. Only the poor soundproofing (inside the house, from the gravel parking lot due to arriving cars and from the passing cars on the adjacent main road) and the resulting lack of sleep justify the star deduction.

04/11/2025: I had the pleasure (and the honor, one might say) of getting married in this place, because it's splendid. The view is incredible, the rustic buildings are magnificent, the dining room with its vaulted structure, the terrace, the grounds, and of course, the vinegar factory tour were all wonderful. We ate very well (from the tasting meal to the wedding reception, including the appetizer buffet and dessert), and drank very well too, with a selection of high-quality local wines. It was simple, traditional, with a touch of chic alongside tasteful rusticity, right down to the food. The rooms, with their slightly dated decor but impeccable comfort, lend a touch of nostalgia to the place. As for the service, especially Umberto's warm welcome, it was flawless. We haven't had the chance to return yet, but some of our guests have. They were absolutely delighted!
