About fifteen minutes by car from Parma, this restaurant is really characteristic, very beautiful and the food is very good. There were three of us, at the beginning we were offered an entrée with buffalo mozzarella with tomato sauce, really good. I think it's due to the cover charge, €4 may be a lot, but it's justified by the entrée which is difficult to offer in other places. We took an appetizer of cured meats and one of cheeses, where there were 6 truly exceptional types, here there was also a sheet explaining the types present and then a first course of the day, mezzeniche from Gragnano with Angus made with Genoese ragù,, portion very abundant. The products are all of the highest quality, I must say that they also have a wide choice of wines of various prices, we had a very good Lambrusco on their recommendation. The staff is really kind and courteous, but also very knowledgeable. The price is justified by the quality of the products

Excellent dishes, personally friendly but really slow service. We had an appetizer and 3 first courses, all delicious, but in almost 2 hours.
The environment is particularly, a little busy perhaps, but hospitable.

Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza anche se non avevamo prenotato e dopo poco ci hanno fatto accomodare.
Eravamo in 3 e abbiamo preso un antipasto di salumi misti da dividere, 3 primi, ravioli, mezze maniche con angus e sugo bianco, maltagliati con fagioli e culaccia, acqua e vino, una bottiglia di Lambrusco di sorbara, ottimo. È stato tutto molto buono, ingredienti di alta qualità, carta dei vini abbondante, c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta. Unica nota dolente è l’attesa. Sul menù c’è scritto di avere pazienza ma quasi 3 ore per un pranzo solo se sono invitata ad un matrimonio! È vero che ci siamo stati di domenica ma avevamo voglia di fare ancora un giro prima di riprendere la macchina per tornare a casa.
Sarò all’antica ma vorrei meno pretenziosità e più taglieri di salumi! Siamo nel parmense infondo!

Charcuterie platter... Very good. Scampi carpaccio with pomegranate, oranges and fennel, delicate and tasty.
The ravioli are good and the dish of the day is good with sliced Iberian pork and Romagna blackberry ribs. All very good, including the final dessert. Account appropriate to the quality of the dishes. Only note on the welcoming but almost intact room compared to twenty years ago.

Locale a due passi da casa, elegante e personale gentile.
Ottime materie prime.
Soddisfatti di quello abbiamo mangiato. Soufflé al formaggio, antipasto misto di salumi con focaccia.
Mezzelune con zucca e salamella, mezze maniche al ragù bianco di angus, queste ultime leggermente insipide ma può succedere.
Tagliata di cavallo ottima.
Tiramisù buono ma per gusto personale lo preferisco meno inzuppato di caffè.
