05/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A culinary experience in a breathtaking setting!
What a wonderful restaurant visit! From the very first minute, the warm and attentive service team delighted us with their friendly manner – we immediately felt welcome and well taken care of.
The ambiance is simply beautiful: In the shadow of an impressive castle, you enjoy a breathtaking view far into the valley – a setting that enhances the meal many times over. Simply magical!
And the food? Absolutely top-notch! The Orzotto al Ragù di Coniglio – with eggplant, thyme, porcini shortcrust pastry, and mandarin oil – was a true culinary delight, masterfully crafted and incredibly aromatic. The Chili con Carne di Bufalo with red beans and the homemade whole-wheat Piadina Romagnola was robust, full of flavor, and absolutely convincing. The aromatic seasonal salad was fresh, crisp, and perfectly complemented by an excellent olive oil and superb balsamic vinegar. To finish, the Namelaka al Cioccolato Bianco with forest fruits and cocoa-hazelnut crumble was a delight – an elegant, light, yet intense dessert. The Café Gourmand all'Emiliana, with its small selection of delicate petit fours, was also a lovely way to round off the evening.
Each dish was a small work of art in itself – fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and made with great attention to detail. The espresso was the only thing that could have been improved just a tiny bit – but that's nitpicking at a very high level!
In short: A thoroughly enjoyable experience with a fantastic view, warm service, and exceptional cuisine. We'll definitely be back! 🍷🏰
14/04/2026: It's a magnificent place, immersed in nature and history. The presence of the castle lends an almost magical atmosphere. The restaurant is beautiful, with attention to every detail. In the summer, you can enjoy a splendid view from the terrace. The food is excellent. The owner's kindness, expertise, and friendliness are extraordinary. The prices are fair for the quality of the products offered. A unique experience. Thank you.
