28/04/2025: Beautiful day in a breathtaking location, the very interesting guided tour with those who test the product daily, hospitable climate, excellent quality of food, the highlight is seeing the important attention to animal welfare, everything very clean and cared for. Eclectic and very helpful staff. Thank you all for your hospitality.

02/06/2025: A young and well-kept environment, very helpful and super kind staff, at km 90 you always feel good, you come back willingly and you are always satisfied, the food is exquisite, everything is of super quality, wide and perfect selection of all the delicacies of the area and not only.. we live in Fidenza, usually after the outlet we go there for an aperitif and for some shopping in the shop!

12/06/2025: You eat well, nothing to say. The reservation service is embarrassing though since you try to call all day and no one ever answers or it's always busy or there's the secretary. Then you make a table for two pop up but I understand that these places for nobles of Parma don't need an extra table for two. If you want to dine there call a month in advance and maybe you'll find a place or at least someone who will answer. We won't go back there again, we're going to Parma Rotta where they'll definitely accept a table without a reservation.

08/06/2025: After an endless process to book and a two-hour journey to finally arrive, you can only access the restaurant at 8pm sharp and not a minute earlier. The table was assigned to us outside and it was absolutely not possible to dine inside as we would have preferred. Totally inadequate staff, both in terms of service and relationships, with some responses bordering on aggressive to our polite and legitimate requests. Dishes served without a precise order and waiting times, especially for the main courses and the bill, unacceptable. Quality of the dishes far below expectations. An experience not to be repeated.

13/05/2025: I was not so hungry so took the starter “Taste of Parmigiano Reggianio” and a glass of strong local red wine. Only one word: Amazing. If you like cheese, try it. Comes with 3 different bread.

27/04/2025: Sono stata in questo locale un paio di volte e recensisco sulla base di entrambe le esperienze. Menù elaborato, non per tutti i gusti, molto ricercato con abbinamenti particolari… non aspettatevi la solita cucina parmigiana. La carta dei vini è altrettanto ricercata. Un plus è il servizio, davvero bravi! Vale la pena il viaggio ma consapevoli che si va alla ricerca di novità e non di tradizione.
