We improvised a dinner on Easter evening because we were returning from a trip. On the phone they very kindly reserved a table for us for 9.00 pm.
Rustic and very nice place. Impeccable and fast service, attentive and attentive staff. Excellent quality food; we had a house appetizer, ravioli stuffed with pumpkin and agnolotti in broth accompanied by an excellent bottle of Lambrusco. All perfect!

The food is outstanding. All dishes are homemade. In terms of craftsmanship, neither the parmesan foam nor the perfectly aldente pasta leave anything to be desired. The wines and water are sold very cheaply (€3 per glass, €2.50 a bottle of water). There is a family atmosphere. We would come here again at any time.

There were 3 of us, in order:
Deviled cockerel: cockerel cooked well, not stringy, but not spicy, not even slightly, still good 7
Gallani with sea truffles and razor clams:
Salty dish, overcooked razor clams (rubbery) and imperceptible sea truffles, not good eaten half the dish because it was too salty 5
Tagliolini with broad beans and pecorino cream:
The pecorino was not noticeable, the pasta was good, overall a 5
Baked veal tip: good and well cooked meat, quite tasty filling, slightly small portion, 6
3 glasses of white wine (Trento doc):
Good wine and honest price per glass 7
Baked potatoes: good 6

Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo in settimana. Antica trattoria di Parma con interni accoglienti e cura dei dettagli. Personale cortese e attento. Cucina casalinga di ottima qualità. Misto di Affettati con torta fritta: tutto buono....salame buonissimo. Anolini in brodo e tortelli alla zucca strepitosi. Prenotazione consigliata.
