23/07/2025: I can't comment on the food because I didn't eat, I only had an aperitivo, but the selection of drinks is wide and high-quality, and the staff are helpful and very friendly. The place is on Viale dei Mille; it's certainly not huge, nor does it have a garden, but it's made to its full potential, both in terms of decor and atmosphere. It's also strategically located for accessing Via D'Azeglio... Top marks!!

11/07/2025: A typical trattoria in the center of Parma! Excellent, welcoming place. The food was all really good, with generous portions and friendly, attentive staff. A wonderful experience. I recommend booking in advance, though.

10/07/2025: I really wanted to love this restaurant, and we did love the food, but our experience was single handedly ruined by the waiter. He was condescending, laughed at our face atleast twice for not knowing our wines, and tried his best to make us feel small. I ended up cancelling some of the items I wanted to order. That’s the restaurant’s loss for hiring idiots with no manners. Another point: I’d say this restaurant cares deeply about being upscale and elite but then they have disgusting toilets 🫠 The lady at front asked us if everything was good, and we tried to give her our honest feedback. However as soon as we started talking, she said she didn’t know English. Not sure what that was about 😂

24/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance. The atmosphere was very refined, the food was excellent, and the girl who served us was incredibly kind! I recommend the tortelli and the tagliata, which are truly excellent.

13/05/2025: I was not so hungry so took the starter “Taste of Parmigiano Reggianio” and a glass of strong local red wine. Only one word: Amazing. If you like cheese, try it. Comes with 3 different bread.

Menù elaborato, non per tutti i gusti, molto ricercato con abbinamenti particolari… non aspettatevi la solita cucina parmigiana. La carta dei vini è altrettanto ricercata. Un plus è il servizio, davvero bravi! Vale la pena il viaggio ma consapevoli che si va alla ricerca di novità e non di tradizione.

19/07/2025: Ristorante Pizzeria & Enoteca San Martino is about a 15-min walk from Parma’s historic center. The restaurant was recommended to us by a local foodie for both its seafood dishes and classic Neapolitan-style pizza, and it did not disappoint. The menu features a wide variety of options, with an impressive selection of fresh seafood and pizzas. All menu options list common dietary allergens, which is very nice. The food quality was consistently excellent, and nicely presented. The warm octopus with potatoes appetizer was exceptional, one of the best presentations of octopus I've had. We visited on a Thursday evening, and by 8:30pm, the restaurant was pretty full—mostly with locals from what I could tell, which is always a good sign. Service was good. There is a covered outdoor patio with fans and an indoor air conditioned seating area.

The continuous search for quality, using and combining flavors, taste and colors to perfection, Ivan brings out the best in himself in proposing dishes that leave little to the imagination. Every bite of his works, because his pizzas are real works of art, are an explosion of flavors, which project you into the places where the ingredients he uses come from. And the sweets? What to say about the sweets...... A real extrasensory experience and lots of new things every time. Strongly recommended because in addition to quality, in this place you will find kindness, education and courtesy of all the staff who pamper you like family.
