07/05/2026: I wish I had stayed in Parma longer, just so I could go there again Trattoria is located just a few minutes walk from the main attractions of Parma, in a quiet and very picturesque alley. It offers a wide range of local dishes and a selection of wines. Make sure you try the degustazione di tortelli, in which you get three different variants (I believe it was pumpkin, spinach and d'Erbetta - a classic from Parma). I've also tried guancialini - pork cheeks with balsamic vinegar, which were super tender and flavorful. Pair it with a glass of lambrusco for a heavenly experience Tiramisu was also very delicious, one of the best we had in Emilia Romagna. Place is relatively big, with multiple seats available. We were luck to get the table without waiting, but after few minutes, there was a small queue.

The staff and owners were incredibly kind, friendly, and incredibly professional, making us feel welcomed from start to finish, even helping us secure a dinner reservation at ALTRI POSTO!! Every dish was a surprise, but the sbrisolona with zabaglione was truly breathtaking... simply spectacular! A place where you can feel the passion for the food and the customers. Congratulations! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK

The menu features both traditional Parma dishes and modern take on dishes, including seafood. The wine selection is good; let the staff recommend them. The ambiance is classic yet modern, ideal for a romantic or business dinner. The outdoor terrace/garden is beautiful and very enjoyable in mid-season. Highly recommended!!!

07/04/2026: We visited on a holiday and the place feels like an old-fashioned village tavern, with a lovely retro feel. The staff was extremely kind and made us feel at home. The cured meats were excellent, of great quality. The first and second courses were very good. A special thanks to the kitchen lady's son for his patience, and to the dining room lady's daughter for the wonderful tour of the wine cellar (sorry, I don't know their names). I highly recommend it and I already know I'll be back when I'm in the area again.

Lunch was excellent: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and a quality evident in every detail. There's a genuine atmosphere, where tradition and passion meet. But what made this experience truly unique was the after-lunch experience: amidst smiles and conviviality, we had the pleasure of playing accordion and cello with dear Elio. A spontaneous moment, full of emotion, that transformed a simple lunch into a precious memory. A wonderful day, filled with good food, music, and wonderful people. A place truly worth returning to.

The highlight is undoubtedly the selection of traditional Neapolitan products, prepared with great care and boasting an authentic flavor. I tried a sfogliatella and a Neapolitan pastiera: the sfogliatella was fragrant and fragrant, with a rich and well-balanced filling; the pastiera, on the other hand, was soft, delicate, and perfectly flavored, just as tradition dictates. The coffee is excellent, intense and creamy, ideal for accompanying these desserts. The service was also friendly and fast, with helpful and welcoming staff. Everything made with love, and you could taste it. So much effort and love... You could taste it in the food. From Friuli Venezia Giulia, I can say:
