We went last night for a quiet family dinner. We were intrigued by the Parma tapas. It was a great way to try multiple dishes. The cured meats and torta fritta were excellent. The tortelli d'erbetta, grandma's meatballs, and the artisanal gelato were not to be missed. Nando was incredibly friendly, and the staff in the dining room were also very kind.

5 well-deserved stars! Parmesan cuisine that respects tradition, yet knows how to surprise with a touch of originality. Excellent, seasonal dishes with attention to detail. The latest addition is the Galletto, a much-loved dish! Succulent and tender, the green beans that accompany it are a perfect match! Great experience! The place is beautiful, well-kept, and has a welcoming, sophisticated atmosphere. The food is truly excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's definitely a restaurant I'd happily return to and one I highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, always available to answer any questions or concerns. The food is delicious and of excellent quality, traditionally Parmesan and clearly well-prepared. Service isn't slow, even when there are many reservations, and the atmosphere is very pleasant, especially with natural daylight. We really appreciated the option of choosing from a vegan menu, since two of us didn't eat meat. Furthermore, the selection is extensive and the wine list is very comprehensive.
Needless to say, we were very satisfied. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try innovative dishes while still remaining true to recipes rooted in Parmesan culture.

I had a great time. The place was meticulously maintained, down to the smallest details. The staff were very attentive. The cuisine was traditional but also had modern and decorative touches. The chef was very friendly and the desserts were exquisite. The price was fair for the value. We'll be back soon. Thank you so much.

Everything was very good, until dessert. For dessert, I asked for a profiterole and received a sort of assembly kit with empty, dry cream puffs, a syringe with the cream, and a small pot of very, very runny chocolate. If it was for the laughter of the company, they hit the mark, but the result was terrible: the cream puffs, barely drizzled with chocolate, broke because they were dry. The cream was just right for the dish. But doesn't it work in a restaurant where the customer orders and the chef makes it?
