A very nice place in the city center with a view, where they prepare cured meats. The waiters are knowledgeable and professional, explaining the typical dishes we ordered and giving my girlfriend excellent advice on her first course. The dishes are truly exquisite, from the platters to the tiramisu. I recommend both the risotto, which is truly unique, and the spinach tortelli. If I ever find myself in Parma again, I'd love to come back!

After a long time, I returned to Degusteria Romani and was once again pleasantly impressed. The quality of the products is excellent as always: top-quality cured meats, carefully selected and with an authentic flavor. But the real highlight remains the anolini in brodo, simply extraordinary—as per Parma tradition. A place that hasn't lost an ounce of its identity and quality over time. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves authentic products and authentic Emilian cuisine!

This Degusteria is located in the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), easily accessible on foot, and is located on a street perpendicular to one of the city center's main streets.
I visited this place for lunch on a Sunday in mid-March. Luckily, they had made a reservation, because the place is small and we wouldn't have found a table.
The dishes are traditional Parma fare, with prosciutto and parmesan taking center stage. The service is quick, and the staff, all in uniform, is very young.
I recommend this place for a traditional, undemanding meal.

If you're in Parma and looking for an authentic, high-quality gastronomic experience, Degustaria Romana is a must-visit.
From the moment we entered, we were warmly welcomed, but the highlight of the service was Chiara.
Her service was simply impeccable: attentive, quick, and with that touch of friendliness that makes all the difference in the experience.
Regarding the food, words are few to describe the Prosciutto di Parma we tasted. It was fantastic! Fresh, perfectly cut, and with that flavor that can only be found here in the region. The care in selecting the ingredients is evident.

Excellent restaurant for dinner and a traditional meal, a tasting of local cold cuts and cheeses, and fabulous tortellini! The location is very nice, and the decor is generally very well-kept.
