We come from Cuneo twice a year to supply cured meats and parmesan and have chosen this restaurant several times. Characteristic place that reminds us of the old trattoria. Nice menu of local cuisine. The anolini in third class broth are fantastic. The culatello served wasn't the best, too dry. The service needs to be reviewed, a smile and courtesy are always a sign of professionalism. Slightly high price.

Typical Parma restaurant, very nice with the possibility of eating both inside and outside under the portico in front of the main square.
Very extensive menu with the possibility of choosing a fixed tasting menu.
Among the dishes tried, I recommend the gorgonzola with strawberry jam and balsamic vinegar and the baci di dama.
The only slight flaw was that some of the anolini fell apart a bit but they didn't lose their excellent flavour.
The choice of wines is very wide with very generous portions by the glass and the choice of desserts is also wide (mostly homemade).
High quality/price.
Super recommended place.

Abbiamo cenato in questo locale, scegliendo il menù Sulla strada dei sapori. Dall’antipasto al dolce, il tutto accompagnato da lambrusco e da un rosso dolce proposto da loro. Sfizioso l’antipasto, buono il primo, culatello e grana sono sempre una coppia vincente e dolci fatti in casa. Servizio veloce e cortese. In due abbiamo speso 60€. Siamo usciti soddisfatti sia per la cena sia perché è uno dei pochi ristoranti che non ha aumentato scandalosamente i prezzi come è ormai, ahimè, consuetudine.

Beautiful old-time trattoria
In an ancient building in the center of the town. I ate very well classic local dishes. The cured meats are very good, I recommend the culatello and the raw shoulder. The first courses are excellent. I recommend the half sleeves in broth. Variety of desserts and fruit in alcohol and a fantastic ice cream. Good wine list. Price normal. From what I saw, the only female waitresses served us very well and pampered us greatly.

We went yesterday for lunch, a very characteristic 80s place that has its own reason. We had a tasting of 24 and 36 month old Culatello accompanied by really excellent 36 month old Grana Padano. The first course was green lasagna with ragù and cooked shoulder ravioli two very good desserts, a trifle and sweet tortelli, the latter sublime 😋😋 service appropriate to the place and honest bill.

Locale nella piazza principale.
Caldo, accogliente e con varietà di primi e secondi piatti molto abbondante.
Una lunghissima lista per i dolci, una bontà!
Ci sono anche due menu completo che possono essere scelti, uno da 27 euro ed uno da 40 euro.
Consiglio vivamente la prenotazione, perché a mio avviso è molto gettonato.
Culatello molto buono, così come anche tutti i piatti.
Pedonale attento (la ragazza con i capelli l’un Gloggi i neri sicuramente molto in gamba e molto educata).
Un consiglio che mi sento di fornire alla proprietaria/ signora in cassa: sorridere non costa nulla, basterebbe regalarlo un poco più spesso!
