We ordered takeout on a Sunday evening at 9 pm. The staff were very kind and helpful! The pizza was good and easy to digest. It's become a given.

Fantastic pizza! Usually, when I eat pizza elsewhere, I immediately feel heavy, but this one is really light and easy to digest. Plus, Pasquale, the owner, is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. For me, it's the best in Parma. I recommend it!

I HAVE TRIED MORE THAN ONE TYPE OF PIZZA AND I MUST SAY THAT, WITH THE APULIA PRODUCTS THEY USE, THEIR PIZZA IS TRULY UNIQUE IN ITS GOODNESS BUT IN PARTICULAR THE ONE I RECOMMEND IS THE "BRASCIOLOTTA" PIZZA WHICH I ASSURE YOU IS THE TOP WITH ITS FLAVORS OF OUR BELOVED "PUGLIA" BECAUSE THE PRODUCTS THEY USE ARE ONLY "APULIAN".... AS FOR THE STAFF, THEY ARE UNIQUELY COURTESY AND MANY TIMES EVEN THE OWNER OF THE PLACE ALSO ENJOYS A TASTE IN HIS EXCELLENT COMPANY.... THE HOME DELIVERY SERVICE WORKS GREAT... IT DOESN'T EVEN MAKE YOU WAIT LONG TO PLACE THE ORDER 🤣🤣🤣🤣.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PIZZERIA NUVOLA IN PARMA AND I'LL PUT MY FACE TO IT

Excellent Apulian takeout pizzeria! Super light and easy to digest, with well-leavened dough and fresh, flavorful ingredients. Even when you take it home, it's delicious and not at all heavy. Highly recommended!

05/07/2026: The food was delicious, the waiters were very kind and excellent, especially Antonella, who I congratulate on her professionalism. The atmosphere is beautiful. Highly recommended!
03/07/2026: The waiter was in a hurry to clear the table even though the room was half empty. He even snatched our plates right from under our noses while we were still eating. The menu is a bit limited. I had the chicken Caesar salad with Parmigiano Reggiano. It was good and fresh.

Trattoria del Tribunale

07/05/2026: I wish I had stayed in Parma longer, just so I could go there again Trattoria is located just a few minutes walk from the main attractions of Parma, in a quiet and very picturesque alley. It offers a wide range of local dishes and a selection of wines. Make sure you try the degustazione di tortelli, in which you get three different variants (I believe it was pumpkin, spinach and d'Erbetta - a classic from Parma). I've also tried guancialini - pork cheeks with balsamic vinegar, which were super tender and flavorful. Pair it with a glass of lambrusco for a heavenly experience Tiramisu was also very delicious, one of the best we had in Emilia Romagna. Place is relatively big, with multiple seats available. We were luck to get the table without waiting, but after few minutes, there was a small queue.
06/05/2026: Everything was excellent: the meal, the wine, the service, the setting.
