14/06/2025: We went to the restaurant over the weekend. Fixed price menu if you want, otherwise à la carte. Fantastic dishes, local, often with raw materials of their own production. A renovated stable. Parmesan at a more than fair price if you want to buy it. Jams and a wonderful parmesan cream also for sale. If you are hot, but there is air conditioning, you can also enjoy the pool. We will be back soon.

02/06/2025: Good food, but terrible service! They left us waiting for 20 minutes, ignoring us despite the reservation! Not even the politeness to tell us that we had to wait a few minutes for the table, not even a nod of greeting! 4 people repeatedly passed in front of us without even looking at us in the face, despite our requests.

23/05/2025: Since December, my group of friends and I have been going to dinner at Alle Roncole at least once a month without ever missing a month. A welcoming and well-kept place, kind and friendly staff of a unique rarity. Typical menu of the highest quality. If you are looking for the best, go to Alle Roncole! - The guys

28/04/2025: A very pleasant discovery, we happened to pass by this place on a Sunday when it was over-booked but despite this the kindness of the owner and the staff made us sit down and served us very well. Extensive menu with typical local Calabrian products, good choice of wines and very high quality of food. Prices really low compared to the norm.

23/06/2025: The food was very good. Everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The server was very competent and polite. Prices per person including wine start at €150.

14/06/2025: Quiet and familiar place, also suitable for children and families, in the historic center of Parma. Excellent value for money. We were with 8 people of my family, with children, for a family birthday.

03/06/2025: Such a wonderful place. We were given a truly warm welcome and were looked after with the utmost care. Speaking English was no problem either, there were excellent wine recommendations, and the food was absolutely delicious! But the location alone... fantastic, Italian, with the evening sun on the terrace and the beautiful facades. Highly recommended!

29/05/2025: Very welcoming place, spectacular food, everything really very good, also the dishes arrived hot and the presentation was excellent. But the thing that really amazed me was the friendliness and kindness of the staff, ready to accommodate our every request, what can I say.. nothing to say. I will definitely be back!

25/05/2025: We arrived at the restaurant at 2:20 pm and even though the restaurant closed at 2:30 pm they welcomed us inside with a smile and kindness. The food was really good, served quickly, hot and very honest portions. With a plate of ravioli, two first courses, a second course, a water and a coffee we spent €25 in total. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

04/06/2025: We had booked for May 20th. We were about 40 people, excellent food (homemade tortellini) home cooking excellent welcome from both the owners and the waiters. Environment with lots of greenery, swimming pool and sun loungers. I recommend

18/06/2025: I had the opportunity to visit this wonderful restaurant during a trip to Italy, and it was an unforgettable experience. I live in Panama, but this place definitely left a mark on my palate. Every dish was delicious, and the service was simply impeccable. I highly recommend it! You can't pass up the opportunity to experience this unique experience.

18/06/2025: I had a great time at this restaurant, the people were very kind and super helpful. The food was all delicious. We took several things with friends, nothing I didn't like. The price was very fair. From now on it will be my go-to restaurant for hanging out with friends!!!

31/05/2025: Excellent food and very welcoming staff.. we ate two wonderful tastings of local products and had a pleasant conversation with the owners. Should we return to Salsomaggiore, we will definitely return.

14/05/2025: I went to dinner at this restaurant with colleagues. The restaurant is very nice and welcoming, but it doesn't have a dedicated parking lot. Being in Salsomaggiore, I can imagine that during periods of high tourist influx there is little parking, even though in this period (May) on Tuesday we found a place quite easily. It is a family-run restaurant, the lady who served us was very kind, but unfortunately the service was extremely slow: for an appetizer, a first course and a dessert I think two and a half hours is too long. Even though the lady explained to us that they didn't expect to receive so many reservations on a Tuesday, in my opinion this is not an excuse: if you keep the restaurant open and accept reservations, as a professional you must be able to serve everyone adequately. Decent food, but all in all nothing particularly exciting.

04/04/2025: We stayed there for dinner. Very nice location. Extremely good dishes. Fair prices for what we ate and drank. Impeccable service and very fast, well done, Samantha! I can recommend this trattoria for sure.

29/03/2025: 30esimo compleanno, aperitivo alla Strega in piazza prima, abbiamo chiamato all’ultimo e trovato posto e già qui disponibili e tanta roba! Ci hanno accolto a braccia aperte SUPER disponibili. Antipasto primo e secondo sono piaciuti a tutti. Consiglio di bere MON ESSENTIEL, sotto consiglio della ragazza Samantha che devo dire ci ha servito in modo mooolto professionale e con esperienza. Quindi, abbiamo pranzato molto bene e il conto è stato molto più basso di quello che ci aspettavamo davvero consiglio il posto! Piatti nostrani!

10/05/2025: Finalmente cambio gestione era ora !!! Menu nuovo e sushi di qualità soprattutto antipasti e primi !! Personale simpatico unica pecca per ordinare bisogna dire a voce i codici , da vedere assolutamente dí provvedere al inserimento di tablet o comanda per facilitare il tutto !! Ma ora finalmente si mangia bene e io Locale è sempre elegante e accogliente !! Bravi

08/07/2025: I would book elsewhere if you are a tourist as they are clearly not attentive to your table as they are to the locals’ . At one point it became so ridiculous that we have waited 35 minutes to order our second bottle of wine (which we couldn’t because our lunch was done already by that point) and then we wanted to have dessert and told the waiter that we’d like to order one, he said “ok one min” and didn’t take our order another 30 min. All the while attending other tables, getting their orders etc even though we were the earliest table to arrive. We just asked for the cheque. Traveling from Canada, I have booked this restaurant via phone and put an effort to do that with the time difference. We drove all the way from Modena for the lunch. What a disappointment.
