29/10/2025: I was there a few days ago with friends... it was a wonderful discovery! Hospitality, high quality, and beauty are the key words to describe Casanuova, and the owners' dedication and expertise are immediately apparent. It has everything it takes to become a "favorite place."

10/10/2025: Amazing place, full of quality products and even more quality attention. We were greeted by the owner who just seems so full of passion and is very knowledgeable of the products in the store; when I told her I was buying two bags of coffee, one for me and one as gift for a friend, she had the detail to take the price tag off and put that bag in a separate packaging arranged with a nice little ribbon. I recommend this place 100%.

10/10/2025: A well-stocked shop, top-quality products, and a truly kind and knowledgeable lady. She explained to us that she personally cares about choosing quality products; it's clear she does it with passion. When I'm back in Parma, I'll definitely be back.

15/12/2025: We ate at this Lebanese restaurant and I must say we were truly satisfied. The food is excellent, tasty yet light. The dishes are well-prepared and the flavors are balanced, nothing too strong or unusual, so I would definitely recommend it even to those who have never tried Lebanese cuisine or are accustomed to Italian cuisine. The staff is very kind and helpful; they explain the dishes carefully and immediately put you at ease, which is not a given. The atmosphere is welcoming and well-kept, making it a pleasant and relaxing place to eat. Overall, it was a wonderful discovery. If you have any doubts about Lebanese food, this is the place to try it without hesitation. We'll definitely be back!

11/12/2025: We chose the lunch menu (15 euros), intending to order more if we were still hungry, but there was absolutely no need: the portions were generous and everything was delicious... finger-licking good! The service was quick, and everyone was friendly. Highly recommended!

06/06/2026: Second experience at Bassa Da Ivan! This time I listened to the person who recommended this place and ordered the ORZOTTO!!! It was good, but so good it was a shame to only order one!!! The cured meats and appetizers are excellent. I recommend the mixed one with Tosone, polenta, Culatello, and Parma ham. The wine list is extensive and well-chosen.

14/02/2026: After many years, we finally return to Ivan, and nothing has changed: quality, kindness, and the atmosphere are top-notch. The main dining room is bright and airy thanks to the large window overlooking the garden. The menu features all the treasures of this region, starting with the cured meats. They're a must-try, and the house classic appetizer is worth the trip. We start with the tosone e pancetta, fried polenta with an incredibly fluffy lard pesto. The culatello and prosciutto are perfect, sweet, with an enveloping flavor; it's worth adding a few slices of salami, aged yet tender and with a timeless flavor. All accompanied by Pizzavacca's excellent giardiniera. Among the first courses, featuring anolini, braided green tortelli, and orzotto with salami paste, we were tempted by the lasagnetta with three ragùs. It's not your typical lasagna; it's not wrapped in béchamel, but topped with a parmesan fondue, making it incredibly delicious. Among the many layers of soft, thin pasta, here are the three ragùs: the savory yet sweet meat is perfectly evident given the absence of béchamel. The second courses are also inviting, but the space left is minimal. So, we shared tender sautéed snails on a potato cream. A sweet conclusion with some Carnival treats. As for wine, we treated ourselves to a champagne all-you-can-eat meal, but the wine list is endless and caters for all tastes. In conclusion, a lunch to remember. I hope to return soon.

15/05/2026: For the first time, I had a main course instead of the usual sandwich, and I can only say it was delicious... the chicken and meat were super tender, they completely melted in your mouth. The sauces and spices were perfect!

05/06/2026: A 1 hour and 45 minute wait for pizza, embarrassing I'd say. The waiters were awkward and unfriendly. An experience not to be repeated.

27/11/2025: Nice bar with a gazebo just steps from the Dinoarma Centro highway exit. We stopped for breakfast. Beautiful and elegant atmosphere. Good coffee. Recommended.

18/11/2025: A small bar and restaurant in the middle of an industrial area. Two girls serve, very kind and helpful. I only had a pastry and a cappuccino, but I really liked the atmosphere. They also serve first courses; looking at other customers, they looked like excellent dishes.

15/05/2026: Not a good day today (May 15) for the staff, with obvious personal issues that negatively impacted practically everything. The food is reasonably good, and the place is nice with ample parking.

20/04/2026: The boiled meat is fantastic. Perhaps they should update the price on Google, as the Google menu lists it at €15 instead of the €28 you'll actually pay. Anyway, it's worth every penny.

31/05/2026: We had dinner for three (2 adults + 1 child). Excellent service, Helpful and courteous staff. I was impressed by the freshly made bread (panigacio), watching it being made was very interesting. Excellent quality of the ham, salami, meat, cheeses, and wine. Warm welcome!!! I recommend it, I'll gladly return!!

01/05/2026: Panigacci (which I wasn't familiar with), simple food that we accompanied with delicious cured meats and various cheeses in generous portions. I didn't try the dessert, but since we'll be back, I'll postpone the experience. The coffee was really good, which isn't always a given. Attentive service, the owner is very kind, and full of culinary explanations about everything he offers.

06/05/2026: Light and highly digestible dough, original combinations that break the mold (but are always spot on), and quality ingredients you can taste from the first bite. You can tell there's research and passion behind every pizza. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive, yet unobtrusive, service make you feel immediately at ease. Highly recommended!! :)
