I chose to dine in this bistro on the recommendation of a friend, the restaurant is in a quiet street in Collecchio that is easy to reach and there is convenient parking nearby. We took: - poached egg with potatoes, mushrooms and crunchy parmesan; full-bodied and tasty dish to accompany with focaccia and breadsticks (excellent), the combination of egg and parmesan is also excellent - octopus with potatoes and 'nduja; perfect cooking of the octopus and absolutely perfect pairing with the 'nduja - katsuobushi risotto with a reduction of shellfish; tasty dish with well-studied composition - sliced ​​venison with cabbage salad and broccoli served with a merlot sauce; very tender and perfectly cooked meat with just a hint of game, all seasoned perfectly. - chocolate mousse covered in dark chocolate and accompanied by a pepper chantilly; delicious dessert, the addition of pepper leaves a very pleasant taste in the mouth. I decided to accompany the two main courses with two glasses of different wine, taking advice from the guy who served us for the entire dinner, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant but the place is small and the tables are close together so you have to accept hearing everything that is said at the next table. In total the bill was 96 euros for two people for 4 courses, a dessert and 3 glasses of wine. Taking into account that today in a normal Emilian restaurant you spend an average of 40 euros each, I must say that the quality/price ratio is excellent if there is the desire to experience something different from the usual. The attention to detail is appreciable, a place worth trying at least once.

A bistro with luxury restaurant prices. Few tables, informal and minimal environment. The lighting of the environment, in the evening, on some tables is not sufficient, perhaps this could be solved by placing poldine on the tables. We had a gourmet pizza (Pandiró) for two and I must say that it was really good. Followed by two first courses and a second course for two. The first courses taste good, but it's a shame that both the risotto and even more so the spaghetti were cooked undercooked. The spaghetti was served in a ceramic bowl, and alas also broken into four... (if it's long pasta, why break it?) The waitress bringing the spaghetti said: "if you feel it's al dente, wait a few minutes" Meanwhile, if you wait a few minutes, the spaghetti on a plate does not finish cooking but rather just cools down. They were not sent back because between the gourmet pizza (divided in two) and the first course the wait was 45 minutes and it was already 9.30pm on a weekday Way too much waiting. However, when she collected the dishes, the waitress was informed that she was sorry He must have then brought it back to the kitchen, so much so that the second course was brought to us by the chef. The Chef asked us what was wrong with the first courses, we repeated that the flavor was good but unfortunately the cooking could not be considered al dente but instead lacked cooking. He was smiling and brilliant, he told us that we should have a 5 minute chat and it would be cooked, he then held a lesson on al dente cooking technique, he reminded us that in the other restaurant he was more than 15 years old ago, he had been a Michelin star, he told us about Japanese cooking techniques, he told us that his wife also eats the best cooked rice and the best cooked pasta and that we were probably on his wife's "team". He had time to tell us that he was Bottura's teacher, that he is a teacher at Alma (are you sure that he is not just a consultant?). He asked us if we had ever gone to a starred restaurant... but what kind of question is that? However, yes, and I have never received dishes of dubious cooking. Throughout all this he held a nice monologue, the tuna got cold, he managed to tell us that if we liked it cooked better we should have told him. I also reply here: "I have never had to "complain" about the cooking of pasta and rice because it lacks cooking, and if it is the first time I come to your restaurant, how do I know that you cook too carefully" al dente”? “ To finish he left us with a good continuation and good fun, after the nice "plaita" suffered at the table. Bottom line, waiting time between one dish and another is 40 - 45 minutes. Paid for everything without the slightest discount, immediately a plaita at the table of those who praise and deceive themselves and are unable to apologize for what could have been a mistake of the evening. Too bad, it could have been better.

Excellent restaurant that made the evening perfect in every way. The service was excellent and friendly, the venue creative and modern, while the food was decidedly excellent and unique. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try something unique and different from the usual.

Cena tra amiche, locale piccolo riservato elegante accogliente. Menù non scontato, poche portate ben curate e con buone materie prime. Carta dei vini ricca e convincente, personale discreto e professionale. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente bilanciato. È un posto dove torno sempre volentieri!

Locale minimal ma davvero carino, già provato diverse volte e la cucina è sempre una sorpresa di gusti, ottima la pizza gourmet Pandirò. Personale gentile, disponibile con cui ci si fa due chiacchiere sempre molto volentieri. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo
