04/08/2026: We had the pleasure of dining here on Saturday, August 1st, with a tour group of 30 people. The service and food were simply delightful and excellent! Combined with the unique ambiance, this evening will remain a cherished memory for a very long time. Thank you so much!

15/07/2026: An incredible find in Parma. Wonderful local food and great service. The Labrusco wine was delicious as was all of the food freshly prepared, we could see the chef at times working away in the kitchen. The menu is accessible in many languages on your phone, although some translations lose detail so we found using the Italian menu best and looking up words we didn’t know. They offer a half size pasta on certain dishes so you can have enough room for primi and secondi! Very surprised it wasn’t busier but very glad we could easily get a table!

09/03/2026: I came from Turin with friends. The clubhouse is very beautiful, with a beautifully kept museum inside, featuring many historical objects. The wait staff was excellent. And we even beat England.

11/07/2026: A good pizza, especially the deep dish, but there's a problem with the service. The older waiter is embarrassingly rude, seems annoyed by the customers, and on three occasions he left before the order was finished. We had to call another waiter to complete the order. There's no excuse for being overworked, as the place was half full on each occasion.

28/12/2025: I was fortunate to discover this restaurant. I say fortunate because, besides being a restaurant with an elegant atmosphere, it's also a place where you feel welcomed like family. The manager is someone who, with kindness and professionalism, guides you on an excellent food and wine journey. His wife is the one who adds a touch of elegance by taking care of the aesthetic details of the restaurant and was a great support to me by helping me with photos to create a beautiful memory of the day. The waiters are also very knowledgeable: attentive to customer requests and ready to offer explanations about the dishes and wines served. I celebrated my son's graduation at this restaurant, and that's why I can tell you how lucky I was. They all made it an unforgettable day. Of all the restaurants I've been to, this is the only one that, in addition to meeting all the requirements mentioned—quality products, cleanliness, elegance, fair prices, friendliness, etc.—has something fundamental to me: a big heart that makes you feel more than just a customer: a friend. Thank you all, and I'll see you again soon.

13/07/2026: The food was delicious. We had two beef carpaccios and herb tortelli. It's a shame we had to leave because, in 2026, they still allow smoking in the restaurant and even provide ashtrays. For health reasons, I can't be around people who smoke. It was disappointing.

06/06/2026: Second experience at Bassa Da Ivan! This time I listened to the person who recommended this place and ordered the ORZOTTO!!! It was good, but so good it was a shame to only order one!!! The cured meats and appetizers are excellent. I recommend the mixed one with Tosone, polenta, Culatello, and Parma ham. The wine list is extensive and well-chosen.

14/02/2026: After many years, we finally return to Ivan, and nothing has changed: quality, kindness, and the atmosphere are top-notch. The main dining room is bright and airy thanks to the large window overlooking the garden. The menu features all the treasures of this region, starting with the cured meats. They're a must-try, and the house classic appetizer is worth the trip. We start with the tosone e pancetta, fried polenta with an incredibly fluffy lard pesto. The culatello and prosciutto are perfect, sweet, with an enveloping flavor; it's worth adding a few slices of salami, aged yet tender and with a timeless flavor. All accompanied by Pizzavacca's excellent giardiniera. Among the first courses, featuring anolini, braided green tortelli, and orzotto with salami paste, we were tempted by the lasagnetta with three ragùs. It's not your typical lasagna; it's not wrapped in béchamel, but topped with a parmesan fondue, making it incredibly delicious. Among the many layers of soft, thin pasta, here are the three ragùs: the savory yet sweet meat is perfectly evident given the absence of béchamel. The second courses are also inviting, but the space left is minimal. So, we shared tender sautéed snails on a potato cream. A sweet conclusion with some Carnival treats. As for wine, we treated ourselves to a champagne all-you-can-eat meal, but the wine list is endless and caters for all tastes. In conclusion, a lunch to remember. I hope to return soon.

There's a large garden where you can dine al fresco under a centuries-old tree, illuminated by string lights that create a truly charming atmosphere. The interiors are also very beautiful and well-maintained. The food is very high quality, featuring both local and international products. There's a wide selection of à la carte appetizers, first and second courses, and a grilled meat selection with a wide variety of excellent-quality ingredients. The grill is visible outside. I've dined here several times and have always been very satisfied. The staff is also very knowledgeable and knowledgeable. Among the dishes I recommend are the charcuterie board with torta fritta and the grilled Florentine steak, both truly delicious. The desserts are also excellent.
