27/04/2025: We celebrated our daughter's first communion. What can I say; Sara and Mauro with their staff were simply fantastic. Very good food, classic recipes but not at all obvious.. With the fried potato tortelli I went back to when I was little... the flavors of home... Then the fried polenta cannot be described, it just has to be eaten! Fantastic attention to detail. 03/05/2025: A small restaurant in the historic center, a stone's throw from the Royal Palace of Colorno. The environment is small but well-kept and a traditional Parma menu is offered. We tried two seconds and ended with a sbrisolona. Excellent lunch and excellent raw materials. The service is good, the kind you only find in village restaurants. If you were to pass through the area, it is worth going there at least once!

27/02/2025: Inspired by the name of this place (Sardinian footprint) my husband and I decide to go in and try it. What can I say! It was a real revelation. We were welcomed by Arianna the room manager who made us feel at ease straight away. Once we decided what to order he recommended an excellent Sardinian white wine which went very well with the dishes we chose. Being Sardinian we too couldn't help but try the seafood dishes. prepared by chef Riccardo Marras. But let's start with the appetizer. We ordered a seafood tartare, accompanied by fresh seasonal fruit. Top quality raw scampi and prawns, truly excellent, were served to us accompanied by sauces. Crispy prawns with caramelized onion, e A delicious mussel soup with that fresh basil that gave a touch of spring to the sauce. While we opted for the seafood fregola as a first course, it was so good that it catapulted us into our own island. A dish full of flavour, where the ingredients were lovingly combined in this delicious dish. As a second course we ordered fried calamari to share. What can I say, the fried food is also excellent. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. And the vegetables that accompanied this dish were sublime. We couldn't order dessert because we were packed. But the head nurse had a surprise in store for us. At the end of the meal he left a small bottle of Mirto (made by them) on the table. Regarding the location, I can say that it has really large spaces. A huge garden where in the height of summer you can have lunch or dinner outdoors. There is also a lovely outdoor children's area, but the thing that surprised me most of all was the children's area inside the venue. Finally we parents can eat in peace while the children play. Which is why I also recommend it to parents like you who want to enjoy a peaceful lunch or dinner. there will be no lack of opportunity to return. I recommend booking. Thanks Riccardo and Arianna

04/05/2025: Trovato per caso uscendo dall'autostrada a Borgotaro e cercando su Tripadvisor un locale vicino. Il locale si trova alla fine di una stretta strada di montagna, ha una veranda con vista sulla valle, ma abbiamo dovuto accomodarci all'interno perchè era freddino. Personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente, cucina tipica del luogo. Abbiamo mangiato polenta fritta con lardo e prugnoli, tagliatelle ai prugnoli e torta fritta con salumi veramente ottimi. Prezzo onesto. Se ripassiamo nell'ora di pranzo sicuramente usciremo di nuovo dall'autostrtada.

04/05/2025: Mentre tornavo a casa, abbiamo deciso di uscire dall'autostrada per pranzo. Una ricerca di un posto vicino all'uscita abbiamo trovato questa osteria. Un posto in mazzo alla natura, ma soprattutto un pranzo al top. Antipasto di salumi e torta di verdure eccellente, passatelli e tagliatelle ai prugnoli da urlo, rosa di parma e coniglio favolosi. Un buon bicchiere di gotturnio ci stava bene. Bravi bravi bravi. Complimenti.

03/02/2025: Se si passa sopra al locale molto datato e al menu ' che ahimè si riduce solo a pizza e nulla più, il giudizio è ottimo. La pizza è buonissima ,col radicchio tardivo poi che qui consigliavano in varie recensioni è da volare via. Prezzi modici. Memorabile

09/03/2025: We stopped in this place while wandering around Parma and looking for a place to have an aperitif for lunch... I can say that it was satisfying as we didn't have a real proposal, we let ourselves be inspired by the menu... guys, I was satisfied, personally I had a savory breakfast, I received a plate with really excellent cured meats and parmesan, some scrambled eggs all accompanied by amazing white and pink or white and black bread... finally they brought me some toasted bread with little bowls of jam and butter... my husband I opted for a savory pie with potatoes, a generous and delicious portion, together with a plate of super fresh raw ham 🔝 the result was excellent accompanied by a delicious Virgin mojito and a crodino! What can I say, really really excellent... guys, keep it up, for sure if I ever return to Parma I'll come to you again!

06/01/2025: My partner and I stopped for a quick breakfast before leaving. Very kind staff, very nice location and right in the centre. The thing to highlight is the goodness of the brioches, perfectly flaked and filled. Which is no small feat in Parma. Also TOP bread, butter and jam! Also highly recommended for brunch!

25/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo agriturismo almeno quattro volte e ogni volta siamo usciti felici e soddisfatti. Antipasto imperdibile, talmente abbondante da lasciare il posto a poco altro. Oggi, dopo l’antipasto, ci hanno deliziato coi ravioli alla zucca e taglierini ai funghi, entrambi ottimi e abbondanti poi abbiamo chiesto pietà e rinunciato ai ravioli di patate e tartufo. Uno dei nostri commensali ha voluto però provare la tagliata e ne è rimasto entusiasta. Oltre all’ottimo cibo, l’agriturismo è impreziosito da personale e titolari gentilissimi che ti fanno sentire a casa. Prezzi più che adeguati alla qualità del cibo e del servizio. Straconsigliato.
