The atmosphere was refined and the food excellent. We chose the three-course menu, which included two tortelli (herbs and cooked shoulder, the latter extraordinary), a selection of cured meats (prosciutto crudo, salami, cooked shoulder) with a homemade torta fritta (very light!), and a dessert (in this case, zuppa inglese), plus a cover charge. Having eaten so well, we'll be back to try the remaining dishes.

An evening with friends, they took us to this very nice restaurant. The food was excellent. The wine list was also good.

We were a little chilly because we weren't seated inside the restaurant itself but in an adjacent outdoor area that they'd converted to a heated space. However, it's still less comfortable than the actual restaurant, and there's a bit of a draft. Otherwise, we had a great time. The torta fritta with cured meats was delicious. The cooked shoulder tortelli were good. The Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare with tartare of Taggiasca olives and capers was delicious. The guancialini with polenta were delicious. The desserts were excellent, the mascarpone cream delicious, beautifully presented and a generous portion. The service was quick and the elderly waiter, who took care of our table throughout, was very kind.

07/05/2026: The Parma prosciutto was fantastic! The Anolini truffle sausage dumplings were also incredibly delicious and paired wonderfully with white wine. Their flavors are even better than those from famous pocket bread shops.
04/05/2026: A restaurant located behind the cathedral! Both the pasta with prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano, and the truffle pasta were very delicious. The service was also excellent, and the restrooms were very clean.

Il Cortile

02/06/2026: Passing through Parma, we stopped by Cortile by chance. A vast selection of wines, and a menu for all tastes. I hadn't had such beautifully prepared lamb in a long time (it was an extra dish on the daily menu). It was perfectly cooked, not fatty, and the chicory and raisins were delicious. The entire staff was truly smiling and friendly. We drank a very pleasant white wine from Elba. While waiting for the appetizer, the kitchen offered cheese fondue and a savory tartlet. Worth a visit. The price was fair.
27/05/2026: Certified restaurant, excellent food for celiacs. The pasta was delicious, and it's actually a great place for those who have trouble eating fresh pasta. Plus, they have the products for sale. Highly recommended, even for just a dinner; reservations are required for wine. Excellent value for money.
