Exceptional trattoria. Before we started, they brought us a delicious focaccia with mortadella. Then we ordered mixed cured meats and a high-quality torta fritta, followed by excellent potato tortelli and veal with tuna sauce. The poached egg with parmesan cream and white truffle grated right in front of you deserves special mention. ✨️ Finally, excellent artisanal gelato. Creamy custard with zabaglione. We booked at this famous trattoria at least a month in advance, and were immediately told to arrive by 2 PM. On the day of the "event," I received a text message to confirm the reservation. After confirming, I called to increase the number of guests, and that's when the ordeal began. Since there were nine of us, I had to quickly and haphazardly agree on a menu. Shortly after, I was contacted again because my confirmation link was incorrect, but finally, we understood each other. Then the phone calls began at 1:45 PM, continually pressuring us to be precise. We finally arrived: it was 2 PM. They started throwing appetizers at our table, where, due to lack of space, they left the plates in our hands. In short, we were out in an hour. Would I recommend this experience? No, the food is good, but at what price? Rudeness and bad manners are the hallmarks of this place. Disappointed 😥
