A very positive experience: an interesting and well-organized tour, with clear explanations of the Parmigiano Reggiano production process. The tasting was the highlight, with samples of various ages that were truly excellent. The included lunch was also high-quality, with fresh and authentic products. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff helpful. Recommended!

We had lunch at the restaurant after taking a guided tour of the dairy and had a wonderful time! The tour was very interesting, and Lorenzo was an excellent guide! At the restaurant, we ate beautiful, delicious dishes. I especially recommend the gelato made with milk from the dairy...it was wonderful!

A beautiful restaurant showcasing local products such as homemade Parmigiano Reggiano, Parma ham, and excellent wines. Next to the restaurant is the dairy and a beautiful pool with bar service. Guided tours of the dairy, complete with tastings, are available, as well as on-site product purchases. A must-see for anyone passing through Parma.

07/05/2026: I wish I had stayed in Parma longer, just so I could go there again Trattoria is located just a few minutes walk from the main attractions of Parma, in a quiet and very picturesque alley. It offers a wide range of local dishes and a selection of wines. Make sure you try the degustazione di tortelli, in which you get three different variants (I believe it was pumpkin, spinach and d'Erbetta - a classic from Parma). I've also tried guancialini - pork cheeks with balsamic vinegar, which were super tender and flavorful. Pair it with a glass of lambrusco for a heavenly experience Tiramisu was also very delicious, one of the best we had in Emilia Romagna. Place is relatively big, with multiple seats available. We were luck to get the table without waiting, but after few minutes, there was a small queue.
