05/03/2026: Well, the service is good because it's quite fast, this speed unfortunately is due to the fact that the pasta is pre-cooked, and most of the time, it arrives overcooked, the meat unfortunately isn't always of good quality, and the baked potatoes are rarely fresh (by fresh I mean not those from the day before).

01/04/2026: Only visited for lunch. Very generous portions, good quality considering the very low price (for lunch). Highly recommended if you're very hungry!!! 😀
08/03/2026: You decide to spend a weekend in Modena and don't know where to have dinner, you spend hours on Google looking at the various options and you stumble upon El Gaucho by pure chance... And thank goodness for that! Top-notch meat, fast service, the owner is incredibly friendly, he was at our table the whole evening and we laughed like crazy... Thank you so much for the lovely evening... I highly recommend it... Rating 5...

27/02/2026: Poor atmosphere, small, we were all crowded together on Via Vignolese, which was truly deplorable. The people who were there didn't even get close to the counter, which wasn't that great. There was also too much confusion, they weren't organised at all.
18/02/2026: Coffee with added zabaglione is fabulous and the pastries are always fresh and excellent.

29/03/2026: We booked this restaurant after watching an episode of the TV show "4 Restaurants." We had a wonderful lunch; the tigelle and gnocco fritto were delicious, and the pasta was excellent. The service was efficient and pleasant. I recommend it to everyone and we'll be back.

03/02/2026: Dinner to catch up with old friends, good food, cozy place, 5 seats, 2 pizzas, 1 gluten-free for €10 + €2 supplement, "average" 1 standard Roman pizza, 2 main courses and 1 first course, 2 medium beers and 3 bottles of water, 4 sorbets and a coffee, €125.
All good, nothing to complain about, but €25 per person seems excessive, make your own assessments.
Paid without any fuss, but it feels more like a farewell than a goodbye.

19/01/2026: Unfortunately, I can't give more stars, but they'd absolutely deserve them! The atmosphere is delightfully original, and the owner's artistic touch makes it unique and stimulates the imagination. The welcome and service are perfect, discreet yet familiar. The food is delicious...the carne salada is excellent and expertly seasoned, the homemade pasta dishes are delicious, the mezzelune with mortadella is amazing, tasty yet delicate...the desserts...the puff pastry with Chantilly cream and salted caramel is excellent. Highly recommended.
