Hutsi Ristorante Giapponese In Modena

Nice atmosphere, normal service, nothing extraordinary, I had a good time (if it hadn't been for my girlfriend who I discovered right away that she didn't eat raw, after having ordered 22 dishes), excellent sushi but I don't recommend the "raw" shrimp based ones, the fried one was very good instead (with shrimp).

What can I say...the food is good; a wide variety of dishes for all tastes, friendly and fast staff, just steps from the historic center. I'm a regular and now I feel at home here. Every time I think of Japanese dining, only Hutsi comes to mind! Highly recommended.

Delicious. The evening menu is truly rich in options. We came for lunch but opted for the evening menu because, compared to the lunch menu, it offered the "usual" fare, but for €10 more, you can eat really well.

All-you-can-eat dinner on Saturday night. The food was pretty good, nothing to complain about. The atmosphere was very nice. The service was a shame; it took a LONG time. Arrived at 8:00 PM and left at 10:00 PM, feeling HUNGRY. Unfortunately, I had to leave at 10:00 PM, and I left still feeling hungry because the food was arriving very slowly. At least they offered coffee and liqueur... I don't think I'll be back.

The only good sushi in Modena! Friendly, fast, and courteous. Plus, since it's right in front of a large parking lot, there's no such problem. Very close to the city center for a nice after-dinner stroll. Kudos to the owners of this wonderful place.

Unfortunately, it's pretty stale. On Sunday, for lunch, at the same price as other, better-stocked and more carefully prepared restaurants, it took us over two hours, given that it's one of the busiest days of the week. I think they're understaffed, and since they still take orders with paper menus (old and smudged, by the way), they take much longer than those with tablets or QR codes. The selection is much more limited than other lunch restaurants, the dishes are poorly crafted, and the toppings often differ greatly from the menu pictures (a minimum is acceptable, but I received spaghetti with no sauce at all). The wait times are too long, the food is mediocre, and the bathrooms are dirty. We hadn't been there in a couple of years and were surprised by how crowded it was, considering other restaurants are far better. Sorry, I used to be fond of it.

You eat well...but it's better in the evening!!! The evening is more supple!!
