Everything was excellent: the first courses, the borlenghi, the fried gnocchi, and the tigelle. The borlenghi in particular are the best in the area, and the draft wine is also very good. They have a fantastic veranda overlooking the valley. Then we visited the very pretty village of Guiglia, with its castle.

Always living up to my expectations, the food is very good and excellent value. A special mention goes to Basma, the very friendly waitress. Thank you. The Borlenghi are excellent.
Ask for a table on the terrace, it's worth it.

Lunch on April 25th, we ate very well, excellent fillet steak, and impeccable service! The view and location were very nice.

An excellent inn from another era. The waitress and owner are worthy of a hilltop village. The atmosphere is authentic.

What a lovely experience here! We were served by Alin, who is cheerful, engaged, and genuinely interested. He does his job exceptionally well and advised us to try a few specific dishes—and that turned out to be a huge success for both of us.
The food is really delicious and the value for money is excellent. We liked it so much that we came back for another visit.
We simply had a fantastic meal, great service, and a nice atmosphere. Absolutely worth five stars.

Lunch on the veranda with the stove lit, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while outside the fog envelops the view, making everything even more evocative.
Traditional dishes prepared as they once were: homemade pasta, rich and flavorful sauces, generous portions, and excellent quality. Every bite tastes like authentic, sincere cooking.
Friendly service and a family atmosphere, the kind where you immediately feel at home.
An authentic inn, where time slows down and flavor takes center stage.
