Locale molto particolare con questo bancone dove viene fatta la lavorazione e l’impiattamento delle pietanze, molto coordinati e silenti,la vera regina e la Maitre uno charme molto elevato, molto competente, un servizio sobrio e delicato.
Materie prime nella media, a mio avviso non allineate al 100% con il conto.

Surprise dinner organized for me. And it was truly a surprise and a very satisfying experience.
We took the Naked and raw, the monkfish and the amberjack tataki, all of high quality and excellent presentation. Welcoming environment and trained staff.
Honorable mention for the desserts, Black Forest and Apple Crumble which made us dream!
Highly recommended, we will be back.

Piacevole scoperta: una cucina di mare rivisitata consequenziale ad un’eccezionale esplosione dei gusti. Locale incantevole, in zona centrale. Menù variegato di piatti caldi o crudi di pesce, con proposte anche insolite, ma non per questo particolarmente interessanti. Carta dei ampia e di qualità. Costi nella media.

In my opinion the best fish restaurant in Modena...even last night we ate divinely. Thanks to Miriam and Vitto who always make us feel at home... oh I forgot the 10/10 wine list.

Good fish restaurant in the center of Modena. What I liked was the large selection of different fish dishes that didn't just cover a standard selection. There is also a good and interesting selection of wines. The “Nudo e Crudo” starter was very good. The main course, Baccala, also tasted very good, but the portion was rather small. The dessert was a newly interpreted tiramisu, which lacked a little of the character of the flavors. The service was always very nice, but sometimes a little disorganized. Questions about whether we wanted another bottle of water or wine were only very sporadic.

Locale piccolo, pochi tavoli, atmosfera piacevole.
Il cibo è particolare e ricercato, buono al palato e piacevole alla vista. Abbiamo cenato e il tutto era cucinato in modo ottimale

Qualità degli ingredienti e bontà dei piatti come sempre di alto livello.
Piccola nota dolente: il servizio è risultato lento. Solitamente invece è nella media.
Comunque come sempre una garanzia.
