22/10/2025: Truly disappointed... my experience this morning was quite sad and stressful. The red-haired, glasses-wearing lady who brings coffees to the tables is truly rude. We went in for breakfast with our 1kg dog. After ordering and paying, this "lady" in front of 10 other customers yelled, "But with the dog inside, no." I understand that some places don't allow that, but there are a thousand ways to talk to someone, and sure. As if that weren't enough, as we were leaving the place, the lady came with the coffees and told us to go somewhere else. When we asked to speak to the owner, she pretended to be the owner, saying that I'm the owner and that we should leave, screaming... In all of this, the star I've given over and over again is only because there's no option to give it 0. A truly terrible experience, and we have no intention of ever returning.

22/10/2025: Shocked by the aggressiveness of the red-haired, glasses-wearing lady who claims to be the owner, she attacked us simply because we came in with a 1kg dog, having not seen the sign. She rudely yelled at us in front of everyone, and when I said, "There's no need to yell, ma'am," she responded rudely, telling us to go somewhere else and taking our breakfast back. (We had already paid.) I've never seen anything like it. If the lady can't stand customers anymore, maybe it's time to consider retirement. Never again.

26/09/2025: photos look beautiful but the greenhouse is actually very small and it was not open during breakfast when we visited even though the google hours said it was open. There was an outdoor bar for basic coffee and pastries.

20/08/2025: Family lunch. I have to say I really enjoyed it and was quite surprised! The atmosphere is truly beautiful and relaxing. All the lunch dishes are vegetarian. I was truly amazed by the delicious and flavorful taste of the various dishes, the combinations of the various ingredients, and the well-matched flavors. I found the baked vegetables to be truly delicious and excellent.

13/05/2025: Bad experience, place to avoid. The tagliatelle with ragù were reheated and not made at the moment, the Raffo beers were very watery and the desserts were of poor quality. The next day, 2 of the 4 people had some stomach problems. To finish, a high bill for the quality of the product.

13/05/2025: Esperienza negativa, posto da evitare. Le tagliatelle al ragù erano riscaldate e non fatte al momento, le birre Raffo molto acquose e i dolci di poca qualità. Il giorno successivo, 2 delle 4 persone hanno avuto qualche problema di stomaco. Per finire, conto salato per la qualità del prodotto.

12/05/2025: The pizza isn't bad. It's thin, very thick, and seems slightly toasted. As for the service, there's a lot to do. They give you a time that's actually approximate. I had to wait 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Then, the person taking the orders is the same person who finishes toppings on the pizzas, rings up the receipts, and handles the cash; not very hygienic... Then, when it's your turn to pay, you find that your pizzas were ready 10 minutes ago but no one had called you... resulting in a cold pizza! Whoever is at the cash register has to be at the cash register, and when the pizzas are ready, they have to be "called" immediately.

10/06/2025: Non consigliabile. A fine pranzo, eravamo fuori nel dehor, quando arriva il camion della vuotatura pozzi neri e comincia a succhiare. Siamo scappati dalla puzza . Un incubo. Infine il pasto mediocre. Pietro.

25/10/2025: By 2 PM, there was almost nothing left... I will NEVER eat the four-cheese arancini, because I love tradition. It's good to do something extra, because not everyone goes to eat at 12 PM. Let's move on to desserts, too room temperature and it's not even cold yet... Cream and ricotta should always be kept cool! In fact, lukewarm cannoli and zeppole bordering on sour, after half a day in the heat! No way.

15/10/2025: Finally, a place with a delicious Sicilian deli! We've been popping in ever since we discovered it! The cassata and cannoli are also delicious! The staff are always friendly! 10 out of 10!!

13/10/2025: Outdoor seating is also available. Large counter. Decent coffee.

22/09/2025: €10 = salad (€5) + bread + ice cream (€2-€2.70) + coffee Excellent in many ways. The only criticism is that they offer a vegan and protein-rich salad option (legumes, soy, nuts). It was light and not filling. So, in general, give people the option of a vegan alternative to have a rich, protein-rich dish that's filling. There's a vegan ice cream option.

29/09/2025: 2 shower stalls, but they say there is no shower.

25/09/2025: They should only sell coffee and a few sandwiches. They're a criminal organization. Absurdly high prices for average-to-low quality.

17/10/2025: A young and vibrant place to grab a drink or take a break in the heart of Bologna. The staff is obviously young and friendly, and the service is attentive, not stuffy.

12/10/2025: It's a truly student-friendly place. Most of the venues around the university are like this. You can grab your food and drinks and enjoy the square.

22/05/2025: Vengo spesso qui con i miei figli e le pizze sono sempre ottime per qualità degli ingredienti e per la cottura. Buoni anche i dolci. Prezzo coerente con la qualità del prodotto. Ottimo anche il clima: anche se rimpiango la simpatia di Carmine, molto positivo il giudizio del servizio prestato dal personale attuale

11/05/2025: Le pizze erano molto buone, ottimi l'impasto e la cottura. Unico neo la troppa attesa per ordinare... Forse si erano dimenticati di noi... Pazienza.

27/06/2025: Waitress very confused, trying to order 2 pizzas she understood that your pizzas were one mixed, despite the change of choice she still brought the 2 pizzas mixed into one, after sending the pizza back she still managed to communicate the wrong order and we had to correct it a second time. The pizza was mostly liquid and fell apart just by picking it up, still edible. We also took alive al'lascolana and some mozzarella balls and their breading was quite hard but mostly good. If you like thick pizza I do not recommend this restaurant.

22/02/2025: pizza mediocre, scelta discutibile, soufflé a 2€/cm il resto nella media, locale alla parigina tutto piccolo piccolo stretto stretto molto attento alla sostenibilità

20/01/2025: Era da un po’ che non ci venivo a mangiare la pizza le ultime volte avevo ordinato dal menu del ristorante e devo dire che mi è piaciuta. Ottimo il vino della casa

23/09/2025: Actually, one of the best cafeterias I've tried so far (according to my very personal taste). A huge selection of side dishes, vegetables, and salads. Excellent first and second courses. They also have an on-site pizzeria. Portions are more than adequate, sometimes even generous. You can bring your own water or flask (many cafeterias don't allow this). And the food is very good. Highly recommended.
