22/02/2025: Wide choice of brioche crepes and other pastry delights. Very honest prices and good quality. Great for grabbing something sweet while passing through.

30/01/2025: On 26/1/25 I purchased two tubs of ice cream via just-eat, given the impressive menu I expected the product to be artisanal, when then I was delivered ice cream in a 500g tub from the supermarket... for the modest sum of 7 € per tub as if it were from a prestigious brand... I strongly advise against it given the treatment received and the robbery received... do you want to sell packaged ice cream? Write it on the menu and be more honest, because a very ordinary tub of anonymous ice cream cannot be sold for €7!

16/03/2025: Non e di tutti non accettare cani... Alcuni Old wild west sono ben contenti altri come questo di Castel Guelfo NO... NO CANI NO PRANZO... si sono persi 9 clienti affamati... Ciao Ciao

22/02/2025: Classico locale della diffusissima catena Old Wild West. Situato di fronte al Castel Guelfo Outlet, dispone di ampio parcheggio. Il menù è sempre lo stesso in tutti i locali. Devo dire che comunque i piatti sono arrivati caldi. Personale cortese e servizio nei tempi giusti.

19/05/2025: I took tea paid by debit card, politely apologizing, saying that I understood the inconvenience of having to pay a small amount by card but that I did not have cash, I was treated very badly, rude person, presumably the owner, then people complain if commercial activities do badly... it serves them right if this is the education with which they treat paying customers. NEVER AGAIN!! TO BE AVOIDED!!

02/06/2025: I bagni sogno vergognosi come pulizia, un odore vomitevole. Sanno che si fermano i pulmann teneteli più puliti ,........ .. ,

24/05/2025: Non ho mai trovato un autogrill con dei bagni così puzzolenti. L'aria era irrespirabile tanto da non entrare . E non erano neanche granché pulite. Arieggiate

28/06/2025: Poor service, rude owner for a red bull and a coffee shake at the table 12€ and then table service non-existent since they don't even have to go two meters, forced among other things because we couldn't take the drink out ourselves even though we had already paid the small red bull in a can paid only that 5€ full of holes and ruined, at least before putting the products on sale they should check them first and last time

09/01/2025: Serata di capodanno a Bologna , ci avevano appena "buttati" fuori da piazza Maggiore alle 1930 perchè l'organizzazione dell'ultimo dell'anno non è stata proprio impeccabile ed allora siamo finiti nelle viuzze di Bologna a cercare di capire come "sbarcare" la serata smangiucchiando qualcosa di interessante ed arrivare ad un orario utile per rientrare a bomba in piazza . Di locali ce n'erano a bizzeffe e noi dopo aver girellato non convinti , siamo finiti da Zamboni solo per caso . Però ultimo dell'anno , Bologna , caos generale , il caffè Zamboni dava un all U can eat a 13 euro a testa con buffet infinito e variegato (pure sushi e dolci !!) un tavolo al chiuso dove sedersi ed un drink a bicchiere pieno con non troppo ghiaccio . Quindi Rapporto qualità prezzo stracciato e servizio molto veloce e cortese . Non posso che consigliarlo.

07/01/2025: Servizio dei camerieri veramente scadente e poco professionale. Hanno palesemente sbagliato 4 cocktail su 7 e dopo averglielo fatto gentilmente notare si sono sostanzialmente rifiutati di farcene di nuovi e abbiamo dovuto pagarne altri 4…non ci siamo proprio! Per quanto riguarda il cibo dell’apericena anche qui non ci siamo, la varietà è sicuramente buona ma per quanto riguarda la qualità e sopratutto la pulizia generale siamo veramente a livelli bassi. Metà delle persone del gruppo sono state male di stomaco nelle ore successive. Sicuramente non torneremo più.

27/06/2025: I would like to point out that your store/bar at Bologna Central Station has a major problem: unpleasant waiter/cashier who answers customers rudely at the cash register, is rude and ill-mannered. He also made an absurd scene with a girl behind me because she spoke to him in English and he (who evidently has little familiarity with the language) snorted in her face and said a series of words in Italian. I suggest you send someone to check it out. The situation is embarrassing.

08/06/2025: There are many better bars in the area: this one is not worth a second visit. Avoid unless you want to pay dearly for the bare minimum.

08/06/2025: Disappointing experience – watch out for the prices! I strongly advise against this place. It is unacceptable that, simply by sitting at the outside tables, the prices of coffee and croissants double. I understand that there is a supplement for table service, but I find it absurd to pay double for every single product. We are certainly not in Piazza San Marco in Venice. Furthermore, the staff did not warn us of this extra charge, which is unfair to customers. A little more transparency would be the minimum.
